The Imperial Department of Military Research has asked fellow nations into a possible major purchase of over 200 Heavy battle copters.

We are looking into buying over 200 high performance copters for our military response and for urban attacks.

We are looking forward to a progessive investment in which we are willing to pay as much as you suggest.
