A few minutes ago, a threat was issued to the Nomadic Peoples of Kamen-Jaranna. The basis of this threat is invasion, so Kamen-Jaranna's military is on full alert. I will not disclose names at this point for that greatens the threat of invasion. All I will say is it is a former nation of my region, Grossduetchland. Here are the conditions for the full alert;
1) All food has gone on moderately high rationing incase of a blockade
2) All spare metal is being annexed and used to construct coastal turrets, in case of an amphibious assault
3) All international trade has been put to a halt. This includes my European Aircraft storefront.
4) The full alert will end 4 RL days after the threat of invasion has dissapeared.

The Nation in question left on bad terms with me, but I will not attack him, for he is a highly valued friend. But if this does turn into an invasion thread, I warn him that I WILL mobilize my entire armed forces to attempt to liberate my country. Yet, I will NEVER invade him. I just wish for him too know that. Also, If this turns into a war thread, I plead that any nation other than a Nazi nation(we keep no contact with them) comes to my aid.

Soviet Canukastan can and will nuke your enemy's capital city along with ten other locations of your choice :) But for a price... Zossen has 4 Armored divisions and 7 infantry divisions that are currently mobilizing.

I never asked them to help me pillage, and I am in grossduetchland, check again. And I have an alliance with Zossen, thats why I left with him in the first place. The insulting is leading upto the RP, once Kamen and I begin the RP you will understand.

You know for a fact that I apologized. You told me that this time apologies wouldn't cut it, then threatened to annex my nation with Zossen as an ally. I didn't insult Zossen in the first place, OR do anything to provoke him. He wished to be independent, so I severed COMMUNICATIONS. not ties. I never EVER said ANYTHING that would provoke him. (ooc: cuz I'd get my ass kicked if I did :wink: ) You on the other hand, I did provoke, and once again I appologize for it. I hope the situation can be resolved before it leads to war.

President Zikev sits in his office staring at his Generals in contempt and frustration. "We are going to war with Kamen-Jaranna, that is final! He has insulted my honor and this will not stand!"
Admiral Unstead stood up before the President, he was a highly decorated man, and very well liked, he controlled Artitsas navy. "With all due respect Mr President, this is an unworthy reason for going to war with our friends in Kamen Jaranna. I beli-"
"I do not care what you believe Admiral. I AM Artitsa. You will listen and do as I say. Make Ready your fleet, you sail to war."
"I am sorry Mr President. I cannot do that." Admiral Unstead turned on his heel and quickly walked out. As soon as he walked out he pulled out a cellular phone and made a brief call. He could still hear the President yelling his hollow threats to him. "Get the fleet ready, we move in 40" and he hung up the phone. He went outside to a waiting Mercadez-Benz and climbed in. The car pulled away as armed guards came rushing out after the admiral.

---20 Minutes later---
Admiral Unstead stepped from the car and approached the boarding ramp to the RSS. Troll, flagship of the Artitsan Navy. "Are we ready to sail number two?" he asked his 2nd Officer.
"Aye, aye Sir."
15 Minutes later the ship pulled from port along with the entire Artitsan Navy.

President Detsnu sat in his high chair at the head of the Kamenian round table. His face was in his hands, and he was going through any solution he could think of in his head.
"So, the peace talks have failed?" he asked his assistant.
"Yes, I am afraid so sir. Artitsa declared a state of war on the Nomadic Peoples of Kamen-Jaranna half an hour ago."
The president took his head out of his hands and looked around him. He was surrounded by his loyal council. They had been with him ever since he had been elected by the people after the untimely demise of Shomroc. He trusted every one of them with his life.
"Are the coastal defences ready?" he asked.
"Yes sir." said Admiral Robbins, his top naval officer. "Coastal cannons have been erected all along the coast. We have also put up our largest structure ever. It is a coastal defence base, that covers most of the coast except for uninhabital beaches and desert that aren't even close to our cities. It has mainly a giant wall, with many elevated pillboxes. We have also set tank traps and barbed wire on beaches near to the gates. We are ready for them."
"That is amazing in such a short period of time, Robbins. You will be well commended for this." said the President.
"We had plenty of help from the private sector sir. Your people are all behind you and ready to fight for their country. You have done more than Shomroc ever could have."
"Thank you. What is our air defence situatuion?" Detsnu asked.
"We are prepared sir. Underground SAM sites are armed and ready to deploy." General Robinson replied. "And all armor divisions, infantry, and air force are intricitally placed at startegic places across the country, mainly at the coast but also around all the cities."
"Excellent. I severely hoped it wouldn't come to this, but Kamen-Jaranna is ready for WAR!"

<Incoming Transmission> beeped the computer.
"On screen." said Detsnu.

This is Admiral Unsted of the Formor Artitsan Navy. We are siding with you. Our populous does not share our Governments views, and neither do I. The entire military does not approve of our President, but we were the only ones to act upon it. Please allow us access to your Ports.


---Meanwhile back in Artitsa---

"I want those ships FOUND!" screamed the president
"We are underway Sir, we will find them." an orderly calmly stated.
"YOU BETTER!"

Two MiG-31s took off from the Arkan airfield and flew straight for open waters searching for the fleet. It wasn't hard, they had quite the signature on the radar. The ships could be easily seen from their location. "This is Alpha-One-Five, no ships sighted, low on fuel heading home." The Pilot of the first MiG radioed in. "Alpha-Two-Five, can you confirm?" Ground control radioed back to the second pilot.
The Second pilot looked over to his wingmans cockpit, they seemed to meet eachothers stare. "Alpha-Two-Five confirms no sighting" The second pilot stated without removing his gaze from his wingman. The two Planes swung 'round and headed home. The ships below had been monitering the traffic, a cheer rose up from the men aboard.

Goering Air Force Base

30 B-1's taxi to the runways and lift off as well as 12 KC-767's.

Admiral Unsted watched his radar, he saw the planes taking off from Zossen... this was not good news.

"Attention Zossen, this is Admiral Unsted of the Flagship RSS. Troll, please do not take any actions against Kamen-Jaranna, they are our ally."

You have until 9:25 EST 9/11 to deliver an apologetic statement to the Democratic Republic of Zossen or war will be waged.

Well, It's good to know we have an ally in all this mess. We highly appreciate this gesture, and you will be rewarded after the skies have cleared.

We will only issue an apology if the reason for the apology is once again stated. If not, I am sorry but I can not apologize for nothing. My country does not beleive in injustices.

The KRN-Jackal, The KRN-Calypso and The KRN-Cougar left port and positioned themselves along the coast. The three main battleships were ready for any attack, and in between them were 15 Missile Cruisers and 15 Destroyers. The 3 Battleships pointed their heavy cannons towards the sea and their SAM launchers towards the skies. They had news that aircraft had lifted off the airstrips of Zossen, and were heading in the general direction of Grossduetchland. These ships would defend their nation and their reigon with their lives.

<Meanwhile, at an undisclosed location>

"We are ready for an attack, Mr. President. Our secret weapons are armed and our aircraft are on the strips. Also, all troops are in position." The President's assistant addressed his President with a highly important tone.
"Good. But remember, we will not be the provokers in this war. Under NO circumstances are we to attack anyone. Even if they attack. Limit it to damaging the attacking forces." the President said.
"You look tired sir, you should retire." said the assistant.
"Yes, I suppose you're right."

It was getting steadily worse in Artitsa, the Military refused to follow any orders, and there were thousands and thousands of rioters outside this Parliment Buidings. There has even been attacks by their own Military, things were not going well at all for the President.

With less than 3 hours remaining in the ultimatum, the armed forces begin to deploy. Some 2,000 Leapord tanks and 2 million soldiers are poised to cross the border. In an hour 25 B-52's will be lifting off and assuming position until the deadline is gone and then will head toward their targets. The B-1 Lancers will be landing and getting fresh crews before getting to the skies once more.

There was utter rebellion in Artitsa now, the soldiers and their officers refused to fight against Kamen-Jaranna, Government Forces had now begun firing on "Friendly Forces" It was a full scale civil war now.

President Steven Ashnod looked out of his window of his presidential palace. He could see in the horizen that the sun was starting to set. There was a knock on the door.

"Come in." Steven said.

General Kayla Nephrida of the Bashiman Military came in.

"Hello sir." She said.

"Hello Kayla. Take a seat." He said, motinoning her twoards the seat close to her. She took her seat.

"You wanted to see me sir?"

"Yes." He said, while sitting down. "You might have noticed the recent developments around Grossduetchland. Karmen is at full alert. I'm wondering what will come of this."

"Sir, might we need to offer our suport to the countries?"

"No, no. I'm thinking that we need to be put on Def Con 4." He said. He thought for a minute. "We'll stay on the boarder of Bashima. Tighten the boarders. Let refuges in. But the VT's on patrol."

"Sir, the VT's aren't fully operational. They can't do everything."

"They can do the basic operations, like walk and shoot."

"Sir, I must protest."

"Then protest, but the VT's that have all the operations up let them go to the boarder."

"Sir-"

"I think I'll ride one myself some day."

She sighed. "Yes sir."

"Those VT's will be the next evelotion in tanks."

She left and Steven went back to the window.

"Yes but now we're instaling a new database. They won't be up for a little while!"

Since we have no valid reason to invade Kamen Jaranna the ultimatum is off. REPEAT there will be no invasion.

Kamen-Jaranna highly thanks The Democratic Republic of Zossen for re-thinking their strike against our nation. We now apologize for any mis-deeds we may have caused to you or Artitsa, and hope we can maintain a healthy relationship. Since Artitsa is at civil war, we highly doubt that they will invade us in their own time of crisis, but let it be known that we do not forget our allies. Admiral Unsted will forever be recorded in our history books as the beacon of light within the mist of the Kamen-Jaranna/Artitsa/Zossen invasion threat.

We are now counting down to the time when the full alert will be lifted, 4 RL days. Until then, we let the seperatists of Artitsa know that we will send any amount of troops in to help their cause.
