Recently relocated to a planet in the Deneb system, the Republic of Lil miss has long been endeavoring to create its own ships, so that it no longer is totally dependant upon the Klonor Empire for transport.

The Mark I shuttle is a small vehicle, capable of holding 5 to 10 people. It is capable of Jump-node travel, and independant FTL travel. While it has no weapons, it has the ability to dock with Dreadnought class Corvettes(purchased from Klonor and making up our entire space fleet) and control them.

It will be of invaluable help.

OOC: I reccommend that you equip it with at least a few weapons. Especially since the Klonor empire isn't really around (for a time) to protect you.

Also...You may want to invest in some fighters. Small strike craft are a signifigant value for a nation of your size. If you can get a good grouping of fighters and bombers, you can defend yourself from the occasional slave taking pirate or evil empire fleet. (Note: By Evil Empire fleet, I mean a small frontier fleet of some evil empire. You probably wouldn't be able to win against a billion+ nation's fleet.)

And one last piece of wisdom, nothing is invlunerable. Sometimes something may seem very difficult to destroy. (EX: Taking out Klonor's Colossus. Speaking of the Colossus, is it still alive, Klonor?) But it is possible. It would just take a huge amount of luck and tactical skill on your part. You have to think outside the box to defeat a much superior opponent.

Yup, my Colossus is still alive and will be making an appearance very soon (it was actually hinted at in one of the recent threads about my Empire breaking up). I think you'll all be pleasantly surpised when it pops in. :twisted:

Hey, remember, this is just my only original ship. I have a pretty good overall space fleet (Yeah, they're all Klonor ships, but they're not that bad)

Also, let's not forget where I live (this part I love). I live smack dab in the middle of what was once Klonor's capital system. That means I have some damn good defenses already in place, and a population of almost 3.5 billion to fuel it all (my 1.9 billion and Klonor's 1.4 billion).

Congratulations. It should be interesting watching you find a national adjective. (Actually, it took me a while to find mine; it was only about yesterday when I coined "Thunderstraater")

I didn't notice that you were a billion + nation. :D I assumed you were another 10 million nation. :lol: Stupid me. So forget what I said before. For a billion + nation, capital ships are a better value. Especially Klonor capital ships. *Hint, Hint "Liberate" some Klonor shipyards...*

Uh, CF, who's he going to liberate the shipyards from? He already controls the primary, and the secondary one is controlled by Klonor's primary military base and staging area.

ic: cartoria will donate several ships that are slightly aged used (1 or two decades of my country spinning in circles) space craft to the lil miss government. WE will also allow lil miss docking privlidges at any cartorian space base or on planet bases on planets other than earth

We arent as big as you but have has space travel for a while. We would like to extend the hand of trade to your nation. We propose free trade between our frontiers. Where is the Klonor system anyway? We could be there in any tinme from a few hours to a month depending. (Or is it outside the galaxy? In which case its outside our reach)

Obviously you can have some slightly older fighters from us. Doubtless they arent much, but you can take them apart and have alook at them. They are pretty nice in combat, fast, and with a high sheild output and capacity for their size (all our ships do, we havent mastered making efficient sheilds yet, so we just use weaker desings and pump tonnes of power through them)

Our technology isnt too advanced, we make up for it by applying it cleverly and developing it to its logical conclusion though.

OOC: we do constitute an evil empire slaves and all, but our people are money driven, they rather rip you off than rape and pillage you....
