Need Sniper Rifile

Read title.

No .50 Cals, anti Materiels or 7.72's here, all lower than 7.72.

Bolt action is frowned upon.

All your basic infantry soldier needs (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1497006)
The M40A1 should be just what you're looking for.

How about our E1A2 rifle
http://www.meatballs.terminator.org.uk/crookfur/images/E1A2.jpg

it uses the .270Win round and i can change the sight for a higher powered version (it currently has duel mode system with a reflex sight and a 6x scope)

I could also convert it to use my 6.25x43mm round or 6.5mm grendel.

or we could produce a match grade version of our S2A3 LSW.

Looks like a real nice rifle.

I would buy 500 6.5mm versions with high powered scope.

E1A2 btw.

And sry Pheoinx, but I ruled out the SR-25 ages ago, as it is not as accurate as some higher end sniper rifles.

its has some interesing features, it is select fire but the fire selector is linked to the gas return regulator in such as way that in full auto or burst mode it uses a lot of gas leading to a much softer recoil than normal but reducing accuracy over long ranges, but in semi auto the gas is almost switched off (just enough to work the action is returned) making the rifle far more accurate but for maximum power you can disengage the gas system and operate it manually (this isn't really needed unless you want really extreme accuracy and punch at 1400m's, semi auto will shoot fantastically out past 1000).
