Who can manufacture military rations (high quality) for less than $1000/soldier/year?

We can. We can manufacture special MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) to whatever menu and nutritional requirements you require.

Also, we have a huge range of nutritional bars, energy drinks etc etc etc

At what cost per person per year (a years rations for one person)?

It depends what sort of menu you want. You have to realise $1000 is a very unrealistic figure. Though I'm sure we can do it for:

1 $500/person/year (pure nutrition, hardly any flavor or variety); OR
2 $700/person/year (adequate mix of nutrition and flavor with some variety)
3 $900/person/year (good nutrition, good flavor, "exotic" foods also included)

In the first one, expect to see stuff like glazed chicken breast or gravy steaks or omlettes etc

In the second one, expect more variety. Stuff like spaghetti bolognese, fresh bread, fried rice etc

In the third one, expect pretty much everything. Pizza, hamburgers etc!

We would like to purchase 200,000 of the $700 kits every year until notified (probably if we mobilize our army.). The total comes to $140,000,000 a year.

Okay, it's the usual "deal will continue until you tell me otherwise and if you cancel the deal without telling me, I'll still be charging you for the goods delivered etc"

You don't need to worry about transportation, I can handle that, you'd just need a runway large enough to support a C-5 Galaxy aircraft (my preferred method of transporting goods). How you get the rations to your troops or to supply centers is your problem. :roll:

Acknowledged. Shipment will be landing at Richthofen Military Airfield. Please note there will be fighters protecting the aircraft (but will remain outside your sovereign airspace) and a small detachment of Marines to make sure nothing bad happens to the aircraft. Nice doing business. :D
