Kisnesia is looking into developing its first armament for international sale. This weapon would be an energy-based weapon based off of a wristwatch model.

Similar armaments using a "stun" setting have been effectively used by Kisnesian police in crowd/riot control and in policing international waters.

We are looking for 4 partners, who would each invest 600 million azos, or roughly 100 million standard currency units, to this project. Total cost of this project is estimated to be at 4.2 billion azos (700 million standard currency units).

Nations with a population under 200 million or who are involved in a major war will be rejected, as they are considered too unstable to provide support for this project.

Investors would each recieve 15% of the profits of the sale of these watches and the energy-shields that can block their rays. A variety of models of both watches and energy-shields will be available, and investors will also recieve a limited supply of these items for free.

Unreal Soldiers, we would prefer 100M standard currency units from each of our investment partners, but if you could allow us to use your Black Mesa facility for some testing after initial development is done, we could consider that to be the first 25M.

This armament should be roughly the size of a large wristwatch. It will come in a variety of powers, from a stun setting (which we have available through our police force already), to an anti-aircraft or anti-tank model, which will require an external energy backpack.

Anticipated models, from lowest to highest (these are not the final marketing names!):

Crowd Control Model (Stun)
Unlethal Bodily Damage Model (mainly for police work against criminals)
Ground Combat model for infantry-infantry combat
Assasin model (only sold to certain nations, and for a very high price)
Anti-Tank model (small external backpack for energy)
Anti-Aircraft model (medium to large external backpack for energy)
