The War On Dance Begins

08-09-2003, 20:29
Today is a sad day. As I sat studying my notes on international politics and assorted other things I decided to switch on the radio. As the first wave of repetetive drumbeats assaulted my eardrums I started to feel physically sick. I felt my brain melt as the talentlessness of the "artist" who created this monstrosity poured across the airwaves.

But that was not the end...

I attempted to stick out the terrible "music" to hear the hilarious banter of my favourite radio DJ between songs. Unfortunately it was not to be.

For three hours straight all I heard was the same beat, with the same lyrics about the same thing. I decided I had to take action.

We've started the roundup of DJs already, 100,000 are to be put to death tomorrow. Already their stranglehold on the record industry is slackening. Punk was played for the first time in 18 years in the small town Jenitalia and someone was heard playing a guitar in the capital city Herpez.

I suggest your country try the same thing, it has done us a world of good, and support us in our quest to rid the land of this travesty. It has done us a world of good.

After all, freedom of expression can only be taken so far....

Amen to that, in a completely non-religious way.
