Information Technology Workers Strike!
FPC news:
"Today, workers in the information sector made a strike. Their demands? A 20% raise over 2 years. Our emperor, made a small speech: These are capitalist ideas being spoken all around these factories. I will take the necessery mesures to eliminate those corrupt ideas.
A 7:00 AM, a rather large convoy of military and police vehicles surrounded the major spots where those strikes were taking place and began arresting the workers who were in full strike. At one point, it got ugly when a worker took a molotov cocktali and threw it at a police car. The police and military responded and began firing their weapons at the crowd.
4 workers were killed, 6 wounded and 270 were arrested."

Capitalist ideas? The workers asking for more money? Obviously you don't know what capitalism is. A "capitalist idea" here would be to have fired all the workers on the spot and hired scab workers to undermine the strike. That's what a capitalist would do. The workers were asking for better pay, so I support them in their endevour and deplore the FPC for uneccessary use of force.
To the republic of Daralia: We will not release the prisoners until they have done their 5 years of hard labour. After that, they will be free to continue their lives.
To the Weegies: it's not a capitalist idea to have more money? What do you think Capitalism is then? My principles are clear, my citizens do not have the right to pursue higher standards of living because their's is already excellent. Greed, Corruption and capitalism are words that me and my forces are trying to eliminite from the language of my citizens.

You know the best way to get effort out of your own workers is to let them set thier own pay, you will find that most of them get thier worth bang on or under pay themselves, those that overpay get 1 year and if they don't produce...

Actually, I think negotiations might work here. Perhaps you could haggle it down to 15%, which may be more sensible. But it depends, what are they making now?

Even if you'd wish, you couldn't occupy my forces. YOur a small country of 8 million while I have 36 million. But, let's forget talk about war, I already have problems with separatists. My workers are making as much money as everyone else. The way they make money is calculated by how many years they went to school. The more school time they did, the better they are paid.
My police forces and military had to do something because they were being attacked (molotov cocktail). They did not know if the workers had weapons supplied by the separatists or not.
