Today, Chellis has publicy confirmed(not announced; Just not denied) the launching of ICBM's that carry propoganda. While aware of Belemian ICBM defenses, these missiles took a sea coarse most of the way, and then were about 50 feet above the air when the were supposed to hit their targets, being medium sized cities. These, if hitting, would spray lots of propoganda, pictures of the belemian military torturing, pictures of the belemian leader with a super-imposed picture of hitler, etc etc(who says they are real pictures? They look real).

[Doubtless depleted Ignorium tipped rounds will see plenty of action in this conflict.]
