Comrades, Socialists, I implore you to join my region, the Socialist International to further the ideals of Socialism throughout the world. Failing that, doing so out of kindness/pity would be nice. I mean, at the moment it's barely a National, let alone an International.
Come on, I thought up a good name and everything.
Well, I say thought up, mostly borrowed from the ideas of the old communist internationals.
What might be the advantge to becoming a socialist country in the first place.

A society in which all people can live in equality, without fear of exploitation from rich people with too much power, without fear of hatred like racism, a society in which people can be individuals instead of merely cogs in a capitalist machine.
Take the Irish themselves, for instance. Subjected to many cruel humiliations by the British capitalist government exploiting them, thinking them to be "lesser" than themselves... this would not happen in a Socialist society, where people do not have to be servile to one another, where they can be truly free.

As socialists, we take a dim view on all capitalist countries.
No personal offence is meant, this is merely a moral thing.
