In the Northwest of Tiltatian there have been struggles integrating cyborgs into our society. These troubles were only worsened by the deposed former terrorist dictator. Our militia is now being used to help integrate the cyborgs. But I fear I do not have enough troops remaining due to the treaty following the recent terrorist attack against Aldovar. I request assistance from the international community, most notably neo-earth who has bases on the outrigger islands, due to the recent treaty. Please aid in the integration of these people into our society.
