I have deacleared a states of war agianst the region(Most of it) Airport, the region is owned by my friend and most of the nations in there is his. Recently i think(i know) he stole one of my pupets and he isn't cliaming he stole it he just says "What are you talking about?". The way he stole it was he saw me type in my password at his house. So we have decided to declear war on his pupets!

I there are more but im cunfused with which are him and which aren't, but most of the nations in there are his.
Ships have already taken off heading for earth and they pose no threat to any nation's exept my friend's pupets.
Please people no allie's or any help for him or me, i would like to keep this between me and him. Also any out side force other from that region will be ignored.
Now i just have to wait for him.
