It's not bad for starters, but you'll need to have a number of those divisions in reserves, and claiming 5% military is a bit much if you want decent equipment. I would suggest having (and specifically stating), at most, 1-2% in the actual military, with the rest as militia. The air force on the other hand is, if anything, too small, and the lack of a navy will help you bolster the other branches.

On the technical aspect, AT-10s are designed to be fired from 100mm guns, so they can't be fired effectively from a 110mm weapon. For a 110mm gun, you'd need a new missile. Creating one, however, would not be difficult. The AT-10 itself is more or less a scaled down version of the AT-11 (used in 125mm guns), and the AT-12 is little more than a larger version of the AT-10 for 115mm guns. You could designate it the AT-17, or any number after that.
You would also want to redesignate your BMP-4 to at least BMP-5, as the BMP-4 already exists. That particular unit is a modified T-55 chassis with an infantry compartment and the turret from the BTR-80A (30mm cannon & ATGMs).

Thank's for your valuable insight, I'm rather reluctent to scale down to 1-2% military but I'll be thinking about it, as well Soviet Canukastan doesn't need a navy... pretty much since it is no where near importent bodies of water. I should do more research then.

I personally assign 0.8% of my population into my military (before a traty, which decreased it to 0.6%). But the godo thing about it is, I can afford many modern technologies. By the time when a June 8 nation starts to deploy F-22s, I am already using F-22-tech plane for a few RL weeks.

The organization of a nation's armed forces can vary greatly. That's just the Soviet TOE. A US mechanized infantry division is notably larger, with over 17,000 troops. If you look it up, a "division" can easily be anywhere from 8000 troops to 20,000, depending on its role and organization. Likewise, a brigade can be anywhere from 1500-10,000. As you can see, there's quite a bit of leeway here.

Looks good to me.

Also, 5% in the military isnt that unreasonable. They wont have the best equipment, and many will be underpaid or with highly questionable training, and they won't have as much practice since tehre's not as much funds for ammunition expenditure, etc. Much like with real Soviet forces!

hehe I'm still looking into it.

In my country, I inspire radical nationalism. Coupled with virtually no weapons control and stiff penalties for almost any crime, you have a national non-organised militia.
