Before this request can be approved, CSJMI must ask the following questions:
1) The total cost of this comes to $121.28 billion. How are you going to manage to pay this off in any meaningful amount of time? We might make exceptions for repeat customers with good credit, but we prefer at least half the money to be paid up front. It will most certainly take many years, possibly even a decade, for even that first half to be scrounged up.
2) What are you going to do with this? Two carrier battle groups is already extreme, but that amphibious force is what you'd find in a nation at least 5-10 times your size (OOC: two amphibious groups is roughly equal to the entire amphibious arm of the US Navy).

We will consider your request should acceptable explanations be given, but because this raises far to many questions, we must refuse it until such time. For this, we apologize, but we must err on the side of caution.

We have also been prompted to inform you that the Smoke Jaguar government is deeply honored by your interest and wishes to open negotiations to that respect. From experience, we can say that the Smoke Jaguar government is most interested in free trade agreements, access to technological advancement and raw materials, and foreign military bases. Defense pacts are also looked highly upon, even if a full military alliance is not an option.

OOC: Roger that on the alliance bit. Do you use American measurement systems for your ships?
OOC: I use mostly metric, except on things that normally don't, such as tonnage and gun caliber. Gun caliber is inches, and tonnage is in naval long tons. Similarly, speed and range are in knots and nautical miles, respecitvely.

Other than those, everything's pretty much all metric. Of course, I can convert things in a heartbeat if need be.

OOC: Technically, no. Ammunition in particular is not provided beyond the basic load, and fuel is the responsibility of the customer in anything except nuclear powered units. Electronics are included though, as they're an integral part of the unit. Support equipment and some spare parts are also included, but usually not enough for the entire service life. Most don't want to bother with these, so I just assume that they come back and grab small purchases as needed. That, or they get production rights and thus don't have to worry about anything . . .

Due to recommendations from parties that will remain nameless, we have been drawn to your battleship line up. CSJMI is quite thankful for the concern for our men, but aside from a few smashed feet during a brief mortar attack, there have been no serious injuries, and we are more than capable of fulfilling this project. They are nonetheless very thankful for the additional compensation.

As for the order, we anticipate that the last of the units will be completed within 16 NS years.

Well his nation doesn't exist anymore so I would guess that this storefront is out of busines.
