The Kahtan government will be excuting 50,000 neo-nazis for unspecified crimes against the government of Kahta. They will be executed in several possible ways. First, Before being placed in the water, all their limbs were cut off, and bandadged just enough to stop bleeding to death. Second they willl be lowered into water with a breathing tube in their mouth, third they will slowly descend about 30 feet into the water. Once submerged in 35 degree farenihiet salt water, filled with raw sewage, they will then be hammered with ultra high frequency sound waves for 10 seconds, followed by gasoline and oil being poured in the water from all sides, and then lit ablaze. After the gasoline and oil are finished burning, the breathing tube will be slowly given 100% oxygen. while the platform they are strapped on starts rising to about 8 feet from the surface leaving them 2 feet away it abruply drops to 200 feet below the surface. Then it rises rapidly giving the person a bad case of the bends. Meanwhile they are cut off from the oxygen and a grate has been placed over the top of the tank, leaving them to die. This execution method was actually devised by a neo-nazi that lives in Kahta. He was the first person executed in it.

The financing of the execution was taken from the bank accounts and assets of the people being executed. The government had a private corporation construct 50,000 of these tanks. The remainder of the money was used to purchase the raw sewage, salt water, and water coolers.

Perhaps I should note that these people had been acting as vigilantes, hanging, shooting, raping, and killing everyone that was not blue eyed, blonde haired, and white. The total murders commited by them exceeds 150,000.

At least change your execution method then.

We can not execute people for thinking differently than we do. Altum has passed legislation granting groups the right to meet in public, as long as there is no crime committed thereof. We need to show the world how we treat of citizens. How great their civil rights are, and execution of people will be vulgor, and we don't want that. The President made another quick response to the Kahtan government, "I, although the death penalty is unfortunately legal in New Genoa, do not support executions, but if it is necessary for you to do so, than lethal ejection would...," the President paused and sighed before continuing, "fine with us. However, a life sentence without parole in a high-security prison would be more humane..."

All crimes that were commited when under the age of 18 will be punishable by life in prison with no parole. The prison is on a man-made island 2 miles off the coast. 10,000 prisoners will be given a spot to live there. On the island, which is 50 square miles, there is natural vegetation and natural wildlife, and the people will live there as primitives until their death. Surrounding the island are security cameras, infared sensors, and other security devices to prevent escape. There are also very strong currents surrounding the island, and any small raft will be sucked under.

We teach that in our schools, but they didn't pay attention. When in prison, they attempted to start an uprising while in re-education classes. Execution is our last resort, except in the case of nazi murderers.
