Five-hundered ground launch vehicles for EXTREMELY CAPABLE surface to air missles.
Five thousand of the aforementioned missles. As cheap as possible while still being able to target high-performance aircraft, such as the more recent F- and Su- variants. The ability to target stealth aircraft is not required.
