The Federation of Islandopia Goatdogs has proposed to form a new alliance for anti-terrorism. He has called it PEMDIS. It stands for Procedures and Emergency Mesures and Data and Intel Network against terrorism. They shall form a network of inteligence of the nex terrorist attack. The countries in it shall help each other with emergency measures and procedures if there is a terrorist attack. Anyone want to join?
