1 Army Base with space for 100,000 soldiers, 5,000 tanks, and 10,000 artillery pieces
1 Naval Port with space for 5 aircraft carriers, and the compliment of 50 surface ships, and 20 submarines.

1 Shipyard
1 Electronics Factory.
And yes Tilsitsin, I am still interested in speaking with you about construction of these.
We are willing to send over construction teams and complete these tasks for an estimated $12 billion. If you need more specific information, this can be provided.

Tilitsin-- I believe you were going to construct the other items I had posted for previously and these items for $12 Billion. You were awaiting confirmation, I confirmed and you never replied. I understand this however and you will be recieving the money as soon as it is wired.
As for the other countires, I am looking for a massive infastructure project to connect my entire country. Here are the specifications:
Total Length: Around 150,000 Miles (for now)
Both Sides:
Must be 4 lanes wide for regular traffic
Must have a seperate 2 lane wide for trucks
Overall:
Must be enclosed from outside, with air filtering systems to feed air in, and clean exiting air. Also must have a seperate drainage system which can be connected to existing sewage lines. Also, it needs to have fire suppression, emeregency escape, and air/water tight to prevent escape of pollutants. Following the completion the maitanance work must be done by private companies that your country has trained to do the work such as replacing air filters, testing fire suppression etc.
I will send over construction workers, and build your neccessary building for 3.5 billion, in exchange for foreign aide.
We are also looking to purchase 50 Cargo ships.
A National Anti Aircraft Defense Network is also on the list of needed items. It needs to cover 100% of the country (OOC: What is the size of an NS country in terms of area?) it also has to have SAM's (I prefer the SM-2) The SAM's need to be able to be directed by an AWACS Jet rather than a radar on the ground.

Kahta, what we use is an international freight system. We ban truck freighting, forcing them to use the faster, cheaper, and safer train motion. The trains run 40m from the Autobahns into all major cities.

Yes, I did consider it. I will be having railways built sometime in the furture, but since we have only 20 Million people right now, it is not neccessary.
