President Jackson:
My fellow Americans, due to recent terrorist attacks on our nation, I was forced to order retaliatory airstrikes against the pro abortion forces inside Whittier. However, due to subsequent actions and the loss of a pilot, I am forced to order a full scale military intervention on behalf of the government of Illosef Stalin against the rebel force. Stalin is unable to beat the terrorists on his own.
Therefore, I am authorizing US military support for his government. Effective immediately, I am ordering America's 82nd and 101st airborne divisions to be ready to deploy to Whittier to engage in combat against pro abortion rebels as early as tommorrow morning. I am intent on teaching the rebels a lesson they won't soon forget. We all have seen the rebels openly attack and torture innocent civilians. They have tortured POW's in flagrant violation of the Geneva Convention.
At this minute, American stealth fighters are engaging socialist whittier aircraft over Whittier. We should also never forget that the rebels have threatened to attack other nations, including America, should they win against Stalin.
Our action in Whittier will prevent this and future terrorist actions by the pro abortionists. I have no problem with abortion. Indeed, America's reputation as the land of free choice is indisputable. What I do have problem with is terrorism and acts of brutality against defenseless civilian populations. It is for this reason, I am asking Congress to officially declare a state of war against Socialist Whittier rebel forces.
