See, heres the thing. Pantera is my ally and friend, so I really wouldn't recomend doing that. You see, he has mostly atmospheric based forces, a good sized navy and army, and I'm not sure about his air force. I on the other hand have a large number of space frigates and carriers (soemwhere in the low 100s in total). What that means is I can, for all better purposes, wipe you off the face of the map with out so much as pressing a button. So, unless you want to be burnt like a piece of toast at denny's, back off.

Panteras terms:

*Beginning immediately, all those held as slaves in Aust will be freed, entering a period of service, to pay for thier freedom. This period shall last no more than three years, and at the end of these three years, should any agree to remain and serve in Aust, they will be paid a wage as normal workers.

*Aust will issue apologies to Pantera for their threats, and insulting the Lord Reavers honorable offer to take one of your whore daughters.

*You will stand-down your nuclear arsenal, and submit to a delegation of neutral inspectors for a period of no less than five years, ensuring the Reavers that we will not be struck from the darkness by cowards. At the end of this five year probationary period, should the neutral inspectors find you fit, your nuclear arsenal will be returned to full strength, unhindered.

These are our terms. Non-negotiable, and final. We will issue no apology, as our offer was made in good-will, and we were insulted. The question of slavery is not up for argument, or discussion.

I feel these are quite fair terms, as we have been threatened and insulted, and soon our patience will reach its end.

The Great Nation of Pantera has spoken! And The Great Executor of Tersanctus, which is closely allied with Pantera, and drinking buddies with Bastien the Bronze. Will fully support any aggressive moves made from Pantera. While the Reavers are scary, The Armored Marine Divsion is immune to small arms fire....And believe me they dont like taking prisoners!

I cannot agree to 1 as it is the caricter of my nation. I have 3 naations a normal good and evil one this is the evil one. I will get rid of all my nucks though. (I never needed them anyway except four threats.) Everything I have said is in caricter of my nation. I do not wish to wage war. I agree on a nagotiator prehaps the nation of riddles as he is well known as fair and honest or mattabloo.
I do know as you are a viking that you should support slavery (I am an historian and an aurther.) This is it, the first recorded raid by Vikings was against lindsfarm monestry. It was an act to take slaves! and gold. Baspin is not viking name. Mabey Eric (Swift man), Olaf(Strong Man) or Thor (God of lighning and storms.)
Zihkav should not be nagotiator as (No offence) he is a little one sided (His kings marryed to my daughter.

As I said, the question of slavery is non-negotiable, and we still await our formal apologies.

I urge a neutral party to aid with nuclear inspectors, as I do not want this fool playing with things that are roo much responsibility for him.

OOC:Aust, please, I would appreciate if you made clear InCharacter and Our of Character posts. Your other nations don't factor in here, as this one is evil, and I am, as I see it, good. I've decided to take care of you, so what's the problem? My Reavers are't exactly vikings, but that is the easiest explanation for them. They were raiders, killers, and most definately at one time, slavers. However we grew beyond that as our code of Honor evolved, and here we are. Everything I have said here is also InCharacter, and I await an InCharacter response.

Pantera, I am sure the Austroopers and Rohirren would gladly spill you blood but I do not wish this to happen there is no point in us fighting over slaves. I keep them but you do not have to like that, so does Zihkav but I don't see you attacking him. I hounrably request that you let the slavery matter drop. What does it matter to you anyway there not your nationals so you don't need to worry.
