Background: The psychotic nation of Allouez commited a hari kiri style action. It destroyed itself by detonating its nuclear weapons in its cities. Now that most of radiation should now be gone, an expedition mounted by Mef will commence. **A message to all nations from President Mef**
"As you may know, Allouez commited a huge attrocity against itself. The Democratic Republic of is about to send a 1,000 Marine sized force to enter the former nation and search for any survivors and give aid. Any nation or International Aid organization may help the expedition.
Our marines are now getting ready for the expedition and will set sail soon."

[ooc: bear with me here, its the first RP i've started]

The Holy Empire of Raymond the Pious will send a relief force to Allouez. Our forces shall be of as equivalent numbers as yours.

The Allied States have sent 750 Army MP's to assist in the expedition along with about 200 Humvees, and 60 5-ton trucks to aid in the expedition and relief. These are supported by a completely merchant fleet of 80 Heavy Freighters, 10 Hospital ships, and 1 Arleigh Burke class destroyer with AEGIS systems to coordinate operations (Weapons either removed or ammoless).

A small military procession was soon followed by the Launching of the Wasp-Class Landing Ship, the M.N.S. Prosperity, and a hostipital ship, the M.N.S. Hippocrates, into the sea. The Ship will land at an abandoned Port after an LCAC with 36 Marines lands to scout out and [hopefully] secure the port.

This attempt to save people is usless, everyone is dead, and those who are not will be soon because of the biolgical weapons that were also detonated in all the cities, which would spread out. So to prevent death to your people, get out of Allouez, your mission is pointless.

President Heart sat at his desk, reading over the statement from Allouez.

"They must be hiding something, otherwise why would it matter whether other nations were sending in teams or not?" he thought to himself, "Perhaps something bigger is growing in the ruined nation."

He paused to think about the situation, then called his assistant.

"Have our surveillance satellites monitor this nation of Allouez, scan every corner of it for anything, search for any surviving military installations, science labs or possible entrances to bases underground."

And with that, the President sat back in his chair and lit a cigar.

In the DRM, the President gives a statement regarding the measage from the supposedly dead government of Allouez.

"Mef will not be deterred from its expedition of Allouez!" President Mef arrogantly said. "Our Marine expedionary force will continue on course to Allouez. If no survivors are there so be it."

OOC: According to Allouez's previous statements on the Death and Raymond thread, a large portion of his nation lies many miles underground. I can't seem to find it, but I know he posted it somewhere in the thread. And because of this, wouldn't many people be unreached by the biological and nuclear weapons?

~An address to the DRM from President Mef~
Just as i begin my address, the Marine Expeditonary Force has secured, and landed in an abandoned port in Allouez. We once again reiterate that Mef does have combat equiped troops in Allouez, Mef has also brought cilivian doctors and scientist, so we have no intention to colonize the area that once was Allouez. This mission is purely for investigating the full extent of destruction in devasted nation and helping out any survivors...

Meanwhile in Allouez
Private First Class Willis looked up from his work. He did not like that look of the abandoned facility. It was also way too quiet. Ports like this should be busy, full of people. He was sickened at the major loss of life that occured here. He did not have much time to dwelve on that however, and he went back to setting up camp.

I repeat, turn away from Allouez. You have no purpose here, now will you find anything. Everything is gone, except for possible nomadic tribes with no information whatsoever.

OOC: I'm not going to use this account anymore, because I got bored. You are welcome to delve into the land that was once Allouez. Yes, there are in fact underground settlements in Allouez, actually most of the population and cities are undergound. Above ground cities were more of false cities, illusions if you will, to deter people from coming. I will not respond to anything however. If you have any questions, I'm turning the RP over to my friend who controls Phantomieux. If I need to tell anyone anything, I'll tell him and he'll spread the word.

Allouez has been my allied nation. Therefore, I order all foreign forces to leave the country within 48 hours. All those who fail to act within accordance with the rules set forth herein shall face imprisonment and/or death.

Allouez is hereby claimed as a colony of the Holy Empire of Raymond the Pious.
