Several member city-states in the Federation happen to be oceanic arcologies and aquaculture villages. Our hydrotechnology corporations would be interested in contributing their vast expertise to this project.

If you would like they can offer thier advice to your engineers as well.

3: Some use metalic-oxide fuels (think very-advanced thermite with a lot of additives) for moving fast...slightly polluting (heavy metals) but the fuel is fairly cheap (Wazzu has been using it for nearly 2 centuries).

Anything else...shape, speed, etc. etc. is negotiable, so you can make it up as you go.

We would just say "a deal has been struck", TransCorp gets some amount of income (how much doesn't matter for RP) and your government and people get vehicles.

We are extremely impressed with your technology, as long as you agree
to my basic ground rule of controlling interest in The City, because it is in my territorial waters. Again as I have told the others, this doesn't mean I will want to know all of your business, I'm just trying to protect my own interest. I would be proud to offer Transcorp a dealership here. I will be working with my people to decide what types of vehicles will be needed, but, I am sure this will become a long and profitable relationship.

We have broken ground on our countries dome that is to be located on
the sea ward side of V.I's Main City Dome.

We are happy to announce the name we have decided on for the City,
it will be called:

" AELOULAERA - The Pearl Of Twilight " - Which means;
"Where Peace Meets"

The reason it is the pearl of twilight, is because we have divided
depths of the seas into five levels:

1). The Shallows is 0 to 200 ft.
* 2). Twilight is 201 to 700 ft.
3). The Upper Depths is 701 to 1200 ft.
4). The Lower Depths is 1201 to 2400 ft.
5). The UnderDepths is Below 2400 FT.

V.I.'s continental shelf, starting at our coast varies in depths to 250 ft.
and extends to a cliff drop off at about the five mile mark. This area of
seabed is named "THE CINNAELOS PLAINS". The Cliffs Of Twilight drop from 250 ft to 600 ft. on to "THE PLAINS OF ARYSELMETIR", at the five mile mark which is the area on which, " The City Of Aeloulaera" is located. These plains extend out to the 15 mile limit, the sea floor gentlely going from 600 to 700 ft. At the 15 mile mark, the sea floor slopes off to 1200 ft. in the next 5 miles, then at the 20 mile territorial limit it drops below the depth of 2400 ft. level. There are many legends of old sunken sailing ships that supposedly carried Kings Ransoms of Gold. Unforunately they all sunk in this extremely deep area of ocean, many hundreds of years ago.

We have decided on the name " Persania Kor "- The Guardian Of
The Depth's.
