Peace talks of Raymond the Pious and Death to PETA (private)
The Dominion announces it is ready to recieve the representatives of the nations Death to PETA and Raymond the Pious to discuss recent flairs on hostility towards each other's nation.
The talks are taking place in the capitol city of Bevern. Security Forces have been posted, and are awaiting their respective protectee's.

Chairman of State, Kevin Baul, walks into the conference room. It had been sometime since he had been in here before. The room was quite large, able to accomadate several functions for the gathering of people.
In the center of the room stood an old oak table, with places for 20 people to sit at. A leather Lazyboy chair was at each spot, to make the person comfortable. Glasses for water were also present, as were outlets to install computers and other various tools to make negotiations work. The sun shone bright through the large glass windows on the east side of the room. The window was bulletproof, just in case.
Kevin walked around the room some, the smells bringing old memories back to him. He awaited the arrival of his counterparts, and the difficult task of making peace work between enemies.

Your delegates will not be allowed to enter the conference room. This is between Raymond and Death to PETA only. I am mearly providing a place for them to sit and talk away from any hostile place. We are officially neutral in this matter. We are biased towards no one, and place no one above the other.

As I remember, Isolationist Peoples, YOU supported Death to PETA. Therefore, you ARE biased. I advise Raymond to seek a more neutral negotiating table.

The Dominion will let this insult pass. We ask for you to point out how we have been biased towards either side. If you are refering to our fleet around Death to PETA's shores, may we remind you that they are in international waters. A second fleet has already set sail to do the same in international waters around Raymond. We are not breaking any laws there, or showing any bias.
The reason our fleet is at Death to PETA already is because the nation Allouez attacked other nations there. We are trying to diffuse these hostile acts by trying to keep the participants away from each other. If this had occured in Raymond's waters, our fleet would already be there and the second would be sailing towards PETA. We responded first to where it was needed first. We cannot be everywhere at once.
We ask that you stop making these false claims, as they might damage your nations reputation with the world.

I would like for Milantos delegates to be present during the talks...if that's alright with the other party.

IC: While The Dominion wishes to keep the number of participants down, if Death to PETA agree's, we will allow it, though we are slightly disappointed. The same rules will apply for any additional parties (see the other thread, cuz I'm not going to repost them here). However, we will allow only one additional party to either side.
Miltantos, you can send your delegates now if you wish. However, they will not be allowed in the conference room till we have heard from PETA stating their acceptance to this. We will provide for their safety and needs, just like the other delegates. Coordinates and time of arrival are being faxed to your nation.
