The Excalibur is the ultimate warship. It is crewed by Drayus and a number of the remaining original citizens of Blademasters, who Drayus convinced to work with the AIs and himself. The Excalibur’s armor can reflect 70-80% of the damage inflicted by enemy weaponry, although the 20-30% can mount up quickly. Drayus commands the ship’s weapons and maneuvers while in combat, and the crew commands the tactical and strategic aspects of the fight. Drayus takes on amore passive role while the craft is not actively in combat. The soldiers carried are suited in heavy body armor, with built in weaponry. They also carry a pulse cannon, and in-ship weaponry for boarding defense. Passengers are classified as persons not part of the crew, and not in full body armor, passengers can be diplomats, or soldiers in light armor. The Fighter crew includes pilots, and maintenance crews. The Kharak II Cannon is a heavier version of the Kharak cannon, more powerful, and requiring considerably more energy. The cannon takes 30 seconds to charge, and after it fires, the ship must wait 30 seconds before its systems become operational again, because of the massive strain this gun puts on the Quantum Singularity. Only basic maneuvering and life support are functional while the singularity is rebuilding its power. Firing this cannon more than once every few hours will put a huge amount of strain on the power core, the ship’s frame, and the cannon itself. Prototype repeated fire of the cannon has resulted in loss of the entire prototype, the AI onboard, and the entire crew. The prototype literally shattered from the massive stress the repeated firing of the gun caused, and the Excalibur has been refitted to attempt to allow it to fire more often.

Every ship in the Blademasters fleet (unless it is heavily damaged by weapons fire) can last for up to 4 years without major repairs, and complte overhuals are needed only every 40-100 years

well i got 2 classes of ships on a website so i got t2 of them and then i have one called the liberator, which i bought from raysia. But yeah the somewhere around 40 trillion in the bank from over 100 NS years of barely spending. The Blademasters doctrine for most ships (anything costing under a trillion BA Dollars [same as US] to produce) is to ram the enemy if there is no hope of survival, and to enforce it, we do not inlude escape pods on any ships. The reason they are destroyed easily (relatively) is because we do not use shielding, that is in deveopment, we simply use 6-7 meter thick hulls on our capital ships.

Shielding on ardorian ships is inplace but not officially yet, and the amount of damage it can take is generally from non-energy weapons.
