Galdania fancies itself a 'peacekeeper' of sorts.

Therefore, if at any point there is danger to civilians or other innocents, POWs, or any other non-combatants, Galdania will send peacekeeping forces to the area to douse the flames of war.

After seeing and reading what has been said and viewing the contents of each country I must side with Death to PETA. The Island of Atlantis has joined it's Naval forces with Raymond the Pious. Both our Houses have authorized this and Atlantians are in full support of this.

We also wish to say that the Death to PETA shown here is good for politics, but behind the curtains he doesn't retain the same composer.

The 14th Escort Group, is escorting convoy MTD-2 from the Allied Naval Command at Corregidor, to a Death to PETA port of his choosing. The convoy is carrying a large amount of weapons and a significant military force. The 14th escort group is a collection of 23 assorted destroyers, 3 submarines, and 6 cruisers. The shipments are coming in stages, arrival of all forces is expected to be at 11:00PM US Eastern time(rl).

The humble nation of Phantomieux will have to side with Raymond the Pious, due to the fact that I do not trust the purchasing of WMD that is being done by Death to PETA. I can only spare a minimal amount of forces, and have sent my pride battleship, the P.B.N. Chandelier, and 2 destroyers, the P.B.N. Opera and P.B.N. Paris. While I cannot speak for Death to PETA, buying WMD for a detterent works very well. I am against any use of NBC weapons, however I do have a small stockpile of nuclear weapons, if you have them, your enemy is less likely to use his becuase he could be attacked with the same weapons. And owning Chemical and Biological weapons, could help you develope vaccines, syrums, and prevention systems against them.

Phantomieux: I can give you little proof concerning the kidnaping of our citizens as none have ever returned. If we were to see them now, they would most likely be covered in scars and blisters from unrelenting genetics experiments. That is the brutality that is Raymond. Also, WMD do provide a major deterent to agressive nations (would YOU send an army if you knew they, along with your capital, would become a radioactive wasteland?). This is perhaps the only reason Raymond's hordes have not already overrun our peaceful nation. Yes, I'm sure everyone would use the reason of "detterance" as a cover up for stock piling WMD. Peaceful nations should not be purchasing multitudes of bombs, but instead should be working to have them removed from other nations. Yes I too noticed this, and it is a bit strange and suspicious. Such new and small nations throwing around their weight, I'm a May nation and still consider myself new, and think things over a lot before considering joining a conflict, and never on the side of the aggresor, but that is just me.

The nations that believe the lies sent out by Death to PETA's Ministry of Propaganda are either receiving kickbacks from this evil nation, or just plain deserving of the abuse that will come upon them by their foolish decisions.

As for my nation obtaining WMD and testing them on Death to PETA national? This is another lie. I have been spending money on helping lift inner-city lives up and give all citizens an equal chance at life and liberty, regardless of race, sex, religion, or creed. Providing food, clothes, and shelter to the needy is hardly a crime.

Since this hostility has begun, I have been forced to build up my defenses. I have, unfortunately, been advised by my Minister of Foreign Affairs to temporarily detain Death to PETA nationals (in humane and comfortable living conditions) for fear of terrorist actions. They receive ample amounts of food, water, entertainment, and socialization among detainees.

I have been forced to build up my military. There is nothing more critical in times as these, when the well-being of all of our citizens is threatened.

The Allied Navy has announced it will destroy any of Raymond the Pious' ships near Death to PETA or Allied waters. To make good on their claims, the Excelsior Battlegroup and 2nd Battlefleet have set sail from their base at Formosa and are heading for the waters around Death to PETA. The 9th Naval Squadron has bolstered the defense of the convoys bound for Death to PETA.

The Allied Navy acted independantly of Death to PETA in responding to the movements of Raymond and his allies. We cannot afford to send meager forces in in stages, becuase we have many other concerns of our own, so sending one large force, and placing it under the command of Death to PETA is much more efficient way. The same goes for the Army force that was sent. I simply don't have all the time to devote to the issue, so sending a large force, and placing it under the temporary command of Death to PETA works a lot better.

We also hope such a show of force, may convince Raymond to make peace, no shots have been exchanged yet, there is still time to stop it before they start flying.

Any ship transporting arms or military aid to Death to PETA shall be destroyed. There will be no tolerance for aiding the enemy.

Any ships approaching Allied ships will be asked once to leave the area. After that they will receive a stricter warning, including a shot in the water around them. If they continue forward they will be utterly destroyed.

The Republic of Death to PETA shall in no way interfer with peacekeeping opperations, nor will any of our allies. However, any nations providing such aid must take steps to show who they are, as the treacherous Raymond the Pious has been known to stoop so low as to disguise his suicide squads as peacekeepers to inflict maximun destruction on civilians.

Death to PETA is still optomistic that war can be avoided. However, our formost concern is to protect our shores. Thus, any ships or planes approaching our shores flying the flag of Raymond the Pious or his ally states shall IMMEDIATLY be stopped and redirected. Any that refuse will be given a radio warning, than a warning shot, then obliviated.

The treatment Raymond has said is given to our kidnaped masses is a lie. Through the work of Death to PETA special ops, as well as a classified number of soldiers from a classified ally nation, we have been able to extract small numbers of civilians from the talons of Raymond. I'm not trying to impress anyone. I am trying to protect the people of my nation. My delegates cannot be permitted to take risks during these peace talks. My delegates will comply with all the conditions set down for the delegates of Death to PETA.

If we are to hold negotiations on our neutral territory, these "conditions" are blatant attempts to invoke a response. We ask that you refrain from posting such things again.

We have come up with our own guidelines for BOTH sides to follow:

1. An official ambassador/representative of Raymond and PETA will be accompanied by NO MORE than 2 personal guards. Said guards and ambassadors will be searched by Dominion Security Forces.

2. Said personal guards will carry no weapon other than pepper spray or a tazor (which can have a range of no more than 6 feet).

3. If they have any other weapon, or the offical representative of said governments have weapons on them, they will not be allowed to enter the conference room till said weapons are turned over to Dominion Security Forces.

4. Any carry-on item, such as bags or briefcases, will be electronically scanned AND handchecked before entering conference room

5. Representative's will arrive at separate military bases at separate times. They can arrive in whatever transport craft your nation chooses, but escorts will be provided by The Dominion and only The Dominion.

6. All escorts and security will be provided by Dominion Security Forces besides the 2 personal guards for each representative.


If these are acceptable, we will give your respective ambassador's the coordinates and times we expect their arrivals.

Raymond did say his ambassador would undergo the same conditions as those he asked of yours.

The 3 ships of ours floating in Raymond the Pious's harbor will remain there until we feel the need to leave, either due to an extreme threat, or the peaceful resolution of this issue.

Isolationist People, the Republic of Death to PETA agrees to the stated terms. Hopefully, the evil Raymond will cease undermining the peace talks and bring this to a speady and peaceful resolution. However, in light of the treacherous and under-handed way in which Raymond conducts warfare, the armed forces of the Republic shall not stand down until peace is signed and we ask our allies to do the same.

The Republic of Allouez has noticed that no action is being held here, and therefore will now take the initiative. A fleet of 4 battlecruisers, 9 destroyers, 14 attack subs, and 3 carriers have been deployed towards the coast of Death to PETA with the orders of attacking any ships that attempt to prevent it.

Just because we are pushing for peace does not mean we are not prepared to fight. Allouez, it is only in the interest of avoiding bloodshed that I do not order my navy to reduce your fleet to smoldering scrap-iron! I am still convinced that we can avoid war, despite the fact that some nations stand ready to profit from it. I believe in peace but not peace at any cost. Your actions are a direct front to the sovereignty of Death to PETA. We are giving you 24 hours to remove your presense from our shores or be destroyed!

If death is destined towards us, then we go down in glory! All ships are to continue on target for the shores of Death to PETA. Also, lead battleship, Fondolix, is currently loading it's biological bubonic plague missle for targeting the capital of Death to PETA. All other ships, in defensive position until the missle has been fired. Enjoy your day.

Allouez, your ships are ordered to stand down, the 1st Battlefleet has set sail from Death to PETA ports to head out to the edge of Death to PETA waters. They have strict orders not to fire on any ships without clearence from Allied Command or the military arm of Death to PETA. They are however on an alert and if attacked will withdraw while firing, unless cleared. This is a defensive move to both protect Death to PETA and our own ships so they are not caught with their pants down in the harbor. It is also hoped that Allouez seeing the huge force of both the Allied Battlegroup and Death to PETAs own Navy and defenses, will withdraw.

The Allied Government hopes Raymond will not count Allouez as part of his alliance and as a seperate aggressor, and that this will not de-rail the peace talks. To counter our move which may be interpreted as aggressive, which it is not, the Allied Army has been ordered to go to a less alert posture, and the Allied Air Force has canceled any flights over Raymond or any of his allies.

If this move is interpreted as too aggresive for the peace talks to continue by Death to PETA or the mediator, the Fleet will return to port but remain on alert.

The Alloeuz fleet has arrived within striking distance of Death to PETA's capital or closest main city should the capital be too far inland. Ignition sequence has begun for firing of 7 decoy missles, and 1 biological bubonic plague missle into the heart of the capital. All ships besides lead ship have been placed in defensive positions around the lead, and have orders to fire on any ship that comes within range. Missles will be ready in approximately 3 minutes.

The ANS Promotheus has launched a flight of E-3 fighters with attached radar pods to determine ranges between areas likely to be deployed and the Alloeuz fleet, the 1st Battlefleet is moving towards these splitting into 3 columns. The ANS Promotheus has also deployed it's entire complement of air defense fighters that are flying over each of the 3 columns. The second anything is launched from any Alloeuz fleet the 1st battlefleet is ordered to wait for the command from Death to PETA to fire.

I believe 3 minutes has long since been up. All 8 missles, 7 decoy, 1 biological, have been fired and scatter around, soaring towards their target of Death to PETA's capital. All ships begin pressing towards Death to PETA's shore for naval battle, and all fighters are sent into the air, circling the fleet in defensive positioning.

Supposing that at least 3 decoy missles were shot down by some defense system, only 5 missles crash into the heart of Death to PETA's capital, (or largest close by city if capital is too far away). Instantly the toxins of the bubonic plague are swept up by the wind and carried throughout the city. The other missles simply crash, doing only minimal damgage as they were not explosive.

On the bridge of the ANS Formosa Admiral Hart stood watching in horror as the Alloeuz Fleet launched the missiles at Death to PETA. He immediately shouted to the nearest seaman to put the fleet on battle alert. Turret crews begin loading the shells and powder cases into the guns of the ships, including the massive 16.6 inch guns of the King II Formosa. The Excelsior was on it's way from Corregidor with a smaller fleet but it's sheer firepower would make up for that, but it would most likely arrive to late for the battle.

Admiral Hart studied his map, the 1st column was beginning to wheel around from it's diagonal course to face the Alleuoz fleet, it was headed by the Heavy Cruiser Diagona, the 2nd column heading striaght for the Alloeuz fleet headed by the King II battleship Von Stueben, was beginning to spread apart. And the 3rd column was doing a near repeat of the 1st columns move of wheeling around only on another side, this was headed by the Formosa and Admira Hart himself. He watched as the range counter ticked down, almost in range. All he needed now was the order from Death to PETA's commanders to engage.

Seeing missle being fired at the nation of Death to PETA by the war inducing Allouez, I have decided to not wait for a telegram and will now turn my ships towards the shores of Death to PETA and my guns towards the fleet of Allouez. The capital ship, P.N.S. Chandelier, escorted by the two destroyers, P.N.S. Opera and P.N.S. Paris, has changed direction and will be arriving outside of Death to PETA in 8 hours, hopefully in time to fire at least one shot, and we shall not wait for the approval of Death to PETA.

The 3rd Submarine Flotilla glided silently beneath the waves. It had been dispatched to the area immediately following the missile launch. It had orders to make sure no Alleouz ships escaped the slaughter the 1st Battlefleet would hand them. The SSD4 and SSD3 subs were spread out in a at least 5 seperate smaller squadrons, while the MDV II subs had stayed in port.

The Government of Death to PETA was obviously incapacitated from the missile attack, and Admiral Hart had to consider opening fire without clearence. He knew the Allied Command at Corregidor would advise it, but he wasn't so sure he should. But the Alloeuz Fleet would not wait, and he knew friendly fleets were on the way also.

He ordered the ranges of the Alleouz fleet to be transmitted to all incoming friendly fleets along with the position of the Allied Fleet.

**Aboard The Nimitz**

Capitan: Sir were getting a transmission from a friendly fleet, its the ranges of the enemy fleet and the position of the friendly fleet.

Admaral: Pull the fleet 2 kilometers from the friendly fleet and adjust sights.

Capitan: Sir

Admaral: wait for the friendly fleets signal to open fire

A group of 20 P-3 Orion Sub hunters dispatch from Glock17 along with 2 AC-150 tanker planes to destroy the enemy submarines

Admiral Hart continued to watch his map....... they were well withing range of most of their ships guns, even the destroyers guns were now withing minimal range. He couldn't just sit here, that fleet may turn back or fire another salvo of missiles.

"Admiral Sir"

Admiral Hart turned to the officer "What is it Commander"

"Sir at least one freindly fleet reports at the ready, they are waiting for us to engage sir, it is a substantial fleet sir"

Hart turned back to his map, the sweat forming on his brow, if Death to PETA's government got angry over this, he would most likely lose his career, but he could no longer wait, the enemy was right there and open to attack.

"Commander send the signal to all ships, open fire, order the Kirovs to work with the AEGIS equipped destroyers to protect the fleet, and keep the fleet in an anti-carrier formation."

"Yes sir, of course sir"

The Admiral turned to the captain of the ship, he could tell how eager he was, Hart was as well. "Captain open fire, target the battlecruisers"

The Captain near jumped up and began issuing orders.

"Lieutenant signal the freindly fleet to engage, bring the 1st column about to give the friendlies more room to manuever and merge it with the 2nd Column, tell them we are short on anti-sub weapons only enough to defend ourselves, if they could take those out it would be of great help"

"Of course sir"

Hart then looked out the veiwport of the ship down at the massive 16 inch guns. The turrets were already rotated towards the Alloeuz fleet, and the cannons ranged and targeted. Then the ship rubled voilently and a great sound issued from the cannons as they roared to life, hurling 16 inch shells across the water towards the Alloeuz Fleet. He saw the Heavy Cruisers around the Formosa firing as well. The 2nd turret issued another salvo, followed by the long bellowing of the 3rd turret in the rear, the ship began to come about to move in closer for a better kill, the guns continuing to fire. He could only imagine how much greater it would've been to still be captain of the Excelsior and see it's 18 inch guns firing, but if the battle lasted long enough, he would see.

Due to low technology aboard the ship, (we are looking at getting it fixed), I have just recieved your message of where this fleet of Allouez is and see that I am only 1 hour away. Though I do not have much, I shall send it in under flag of justice.

Sergent: Sir, we have sustained heavy damage to most of the fleet, including the skinking of two of our carriers. We fear there may be a mutiny to surrender.

Captain Piatta: I see.....however there shall be no one alive to mutiny today. Send a message to the captains of the surviving ships, detonate the depth charges on board the ships. Today we go down in glory, not captured in surrender.

Sergent: But sir...we could still win

Captain Piatta: I am not taking that chance, move the fleet as close as possible to any of those bastard ships and detonate.

The Admiral of the Nimitz stared out of the window atop the ship in awe as he witnessed the awsome power of the friendly fleets guns. He was green, this was his first real naval battle.

He heard footsteps behind him, and turned. It was the capitan.

"The the other fleet has opened up. What are my orders?"

"All ships open fire, launch cruise missiles and be on alert for sub attacks, have the fighters ready for a retalitory strike from the enemy fighters"

"Yes Admiral, i just got a word from home that a group of P3 orions are en route"

The massive guns of the Iowa class battleships was deafening to some of the crewmembers. Missiles from the cruisers were seen screaming toward the enemy fleet. Sam sites on all ships were readied for the retalitory strike.

3 submarines, loaded with depth charges, push towards the Nimitz.

Also, the two remaining carriers push towards the fleet of Admiral Hart.

Battleship Fondolix presses towards the Phantomieux "fleet", I use that loosely, very loosely.

The rest of the fleet, being too badly damaged to accomplish anything, ignite depth charges and sink to the grimy depths.

The Commander screamed from the other side of the Combat Command Center "Sir the enemy fleet is heavily damaged, they are moving towards us...... sir they are suicidal"

Hart looked at the readout, the enemy commander was not making a smart move "Order all heavy cruisers and battleships to cease fire, bring about the Modified Benham Destroyers, order torpedo salvos launched at the enemy ships, send them to the bottom, they will be moving towards us so it shouldn't be too hard to hit 'em"

He watched on the display as the figures represented the cruisers and battleships began to move away as the destroyers took up a picket screen in front, turning about to fire the torpedoes, even if they destroyed all the enemy ships, it was a phyrric victory at best. The chemical and biological weapons would have killed many civilians, he could not imagine he had waited to fire now, if he had done so earlier...... maybe. His thoughts went to his own family, his stomach turning as he realized that many families in Death to PETA might be torn apart becuase he hesitated, hard as he tried he could not turn away to have a moment with himself, he was at the head of the 1st Battlegroup, and the lives of his crews were not important.

*15 minutes later*

The capitan is running up the steps towards the Admiral, panting

"Si-Sir, most of the enemy fleet is at the bottom or burning, but"

"but what?"

"the remaining ships look as if they are going to ram some of our cruisers!

"is the carrier safe?!"

"yes, should i ready the fighters?"

"no its to late, all we can do now, is wait"

*5 minutes later*

"Admiral, 2 Cruisers have been sunk, 1 Frigate has been sunk, and 3 Destroyers have sustained massive damage"

"Order all damaged ships to repair and the nation we defended's port. Send in the marines for humanitarian assistance from the missile attack and tell the Orions to turn back, its over"

Alexandre Lecroix looks out upon the sea to see a collosal explosion as Allouez ships seem to turn inside out in explosion. "Ah, that is a warm sight indeed, to see these ships being blasted apart by friendly fleets." However he sees the large black shape of a battlecruiser, streaming out of the smoke, and coming at top speeds towards the P.N.S. Chandelier. With quick haste, he shouts the orders to put on the back engines to begin the drudging trip back, and also orders for the concentrated fire of the two escorting destroyers, as well as the P.N.S. Chandelier upon the battleship careening towards him.

Hart looked at the screen, he had been very impressed with the fleet of Glock17, they had cut apart the other half of the enemy fleet. His own fleet was holding, he had lost one Benham class destroyer and one Arleigh Burke to enemy fire. The Heavy Cruiser Boree had been heavily damaged, it would be incapacitated for a long time, the other King II class battleship had taken some light damage, and it's turret one was inoperable, but the worst news was the Heavy Cruiser Archduke Hees had experienced a massive explosion when one of it's charged went off accidentally, the entire ship had sunk beneath the waves quickly, and it was estimated not many survivors were left. Most other ships had suffered some minor damage, and at least 5 destroyers were damaged enough to withdraw, and 1 Kirov missile cruiser was stuck in the water, it may have to be abandoned and scuttled, along with it's expensive missile complement.

But now he had more important concerns, the Glock 17 fleet was holding more then it's own, but the fleet of Phantomieux fleet he was unsure about, he hoped it could destroy that monster roaring down on it, but he ordered the Promotheus to launch a flight of F-18's to engage the enemy battleship, they were fairly far away and he was unsure if they could destroy the enemy battleship before it hurt the freindly fleet, he also knew that was the only flight of fighter/bombers on the Prometheus after that only air to air fighters remained.

Memorial services will be held for the dead and wounded when the fleet reaches home. The High Admiral of the Sword and Shield's fleet is invited aboard the Nimitz for a feast along with debriefing.

Seeing that the firepower is being uneffective in stopping the behemoth sailing towards the fleet, Captain Renault, captain of the P.N.S. Opera prepared to take a drastic move that would never have been approved by Alexandre Lecroix. "Pull the ship out in front of the Chandelier, we will take the force of this blow." Without hesitation, the ship's commanders turned the wheel to push the ship out ahead, knowing that their sacrifice would preserve the ship that so much work and pride had been put into, the P.N.S. Chandelier. As the ship pulled out, Alexandre Lecroix looked out and saw this unbelievable site. He called to the P.N.S. Opera to halt and fall back, but the telegraph had been switched off, one final time. As the battleship rammed into the Opera, the fires of hell seemed to reach up out of it. With a single loud crack, the bow of the P.N.S. Opera cracked in half, taking both it and the Allouez battleship down below the seas.

The capitan rushes up towards the admiral with terrible news

"Sir, another enemy ship is on its way, a friendly fighter group has taken off to engage them, what are my orders?"

The admiral turns his back to the capitan.

"Place the fleet on red alert, and ready the cruise missile for another assault. Dispatch the F-16's toward the enemy fleet and notify the friendly commander than our birds are up there"

Admiral Hart was reading over the after-battle report. He had been offered aboard the Nimitz for a feast and had accepted, he wanted very much to meet the commanders of the other brave fleets who had performed so well. He had watched the Phantomieux ship ram the enemy battlecruiser saving more lives on the other ship, but still. As he had expected the F-18's had arrived to late to help, but they had tilted their wings and flew once over where the PNS Opera had gone down in a silent salute. The good news was the Dominion of Feere who he had thought to be shameless sellers of biological weapons, had offered the cure to the Bubonic plague for free, so the damage done would only be from the impact of the missiles.

He had ordered the fleet to take a moment of silence for the Opera, but he had not needed to order it, most of the sailors had done it. He would make sure the citizens of the Sword and Sheild knew what the brave sailors of the two other fleets had done, one of them was almost an enemy at one point. He certainly hoped he would never have to face either of those two admirals in a battle

The effects from the chemicals launched some days ago have finally stopped taking their toll. The number of dead relased by our marines is reaching near the 300,000's. No report from the government of Death to PETA has been released and finally the marines have been allowed to remove thier gasmasks. This tragedy will be marked as one of the saddest days in history. A memorial is being constructed in Glock17's biggest park to commemorate this event. Our hearts go out to those poor citizens of Death to PETA.

Admiral Hart stepped aboard the Nimitz. He saw the other two admirals waiting for him, he could not believe he had almost been enemies with Admiral Lecroix, he certainly hoped the peace talks could now go forward. Walking over to them he gave a salute.

"Hello gentlemen, I can't tell you what an honor it is to be here, especially to honor the crew of the Opera."

With the ceramony underway, Admiral Lecroix is whispered to by an accompiant that he must be returning to Phantomieux to plan services and celebrations there, as well as returning to govern Phantomieux. With a polite farwell, Admiral Lecroix sends this telegram once aboard the P.N.S. Chandelier:

To my fellow triumphant admirals,

I thank you both for your heroic leadership shown here today. Admiral Hart, I thank you for your valiant effort to prevent that battleship from arriving in my fleet. Admiral of the Nimitz, I thank you for hosting a well appreciated honoring ceramony of our fallen sailors. But now I must return to the homeland. I thank you once again.

And I don't think Glock and PETA were enemies

This has been the saddest day in the history of Death to PETA. After the coward Allouez launched his missles at our homeland, our defenses sprung into effect most were knocked down, however at least two hit. The damage in lives and property is still being tallied. Fortunitly, though biological weapons were used, the Republic had aquired a supply of vaccines earlier. This allowed our civilians and soldiers to survive the bulk of the bio attack. Most deaths so far have been caused by the explosions. While we mourn the dead, we can take heart in that it could have been MUCH worse. :(

Now for the battle. As soon as the attacks were confirmed, the armed forces of Death to PETA, as well as those of our loyal allies sprang into effect. Planes from the 1st, 2nd, and 4th fighter wing were dispached to counterattack. Our piolets arived after the bulk of the fighting but were able to cause severe damage to one of the enemy carriers and sunk two smaller vessels. They also gave reports of the brave fight being carried out. The enemy fleet was virtually destroyed.

Feere, we thank you for the vaccines.

The people of the republic of death to PETA bow their heads to all those who lost their lives in the defense of our homeland. Tomarrow, the flags shall fly at half-staff to memorium of all who died.

Now a message. Allouez, you had best start building yourself a bunker because the day of judgement is at hand! At this moment, the ships of Death to PETA are steaming towards your shore. The fleet is less than a day away from taking up possition. You will soon incure the wrath of a vengeful people! We will not rest until your beaches overflow with your blood! While I disagree with PETA, I do think that more humane ways of handling the organization can be cited.

Mef will donate 5 billion to both sides of the conflict for reconstruction, if peace can be reached.

IC: The Dominion is outraged at these recent events. Most notably the actions of the nation of Allouez. Negotiations were nearly at hand, and you did your best at sabatouging it. We condemn you in the highest degree for your actions, as foolish and completely stupid as they were. You were warned. Now you must face consequences. 2,000 Tomahawk cruise missiles are being armed and directed towards your nations cities, most notably your capitol. You have ONE chance at averting this: reparations to Death to PETA for the damage you have inflicted. These will be negotiated, but no less than $5 billion US dollars.

The Dominion is sincere about negotiations, even after such recent events, and want them to still happen on our neutral soil. Failure to comply will result in destruction the likes of which you have never seen. Any nation that takes action against us shall suffer the same fate. The nation of Clairmont and The Dominion can deal with Allouez, if need be. We can call on our allies to help if needed. But at a later time than right now. Attacking now will forestall negotiations, possibly throw them into disarray. Do you really want that, and open yourself up to more attacks?

After negotiations with Raymond, we can deal with Allouez. Your demands are understandable, and we respect that. However, we think it would be bet to deal with Allouez in an international court and not your own. This would give the best chance at impartiality. We even suggest that ourselves and Clairmont, and other nations that would help in peacekeeping, be disqualified since we have all been involved in some manner in this event.

Please, stand down your fleet and return to your own waters. There has already been enough death over this. Do we need to sacrifice more lives to satisfy revenge?

OOC: 2 things. First off, Death to PETA, Nimitz carriers can handle a MAX of 85 aircraft. That include fixed wing, helicopters, and jump jets. Please scale your aircraft back for those carriers.

Second thing: I'll make a negotiation thread in a few hours so we can get going on that there instead of having to wade through all this. It'll be up in a couple of hours.

Admiral Julianne Harrington sat silently in her command chair and watched her bridge bristle with action. There was yet no combat or possible difficulties in sight but with the flagship in an area were engagement was a possibility, she wasnt going to be taking any chances.

The comm officer in the third level of the bridge informed her thru the intercom. The bridge was simply too big for shouts to be practical to use.

The message played out from the speakers and the data attached to the message was automatically added to the computers of the Rubicon. Blue blips of friendly units soon filled the quadrant map displayed in the main screen.

There will be no negotiations with the Allouez dogs! Their attack on our homeland was an act of terrorism, not war! I offered an ultimatium to avoid needless civilians deaths. However, I cannot wait around and take the diplomatic approach. This will leave our shores open to more such attacks and more lives will be lost. I have to completely agree with Death to PETA. This act towards Allouez is completely within boundaries. Personally I do not believe that Allouez has anything to do with Raymond, He acted without orders. And so this issue is not an issue of war, Raymond and PETA seem to have come to some what of a peace. Allouez simply wanted war and so, as he said himself, provoked this. He deserves to be attacked en mass. I don't see how full support cannot be thrown behind PETA. Please leave them alone, the crisis between Raymond and PETA is basically over. The Allied Navy is angered that the Dominion would make such heighty claims that it could actually come near Allied ships without being torn apart. (Assuming you are threatening all nations to keep away) We have heavy interests in the area with large convoys moving through to keep our soldiers supplied.

In the interest of peace the 3rd Submarine flotilla has been called back to Corregidor the Allied Naval Command. The convoys are being scaled back to only the merchant ships and the 4th Escort Group. The 1st battlefleet is being split into two. The damaged ships along with 1 Pegasus heavy cruiser, 2 Benham class destroyers, and 1 SSD4 submarine.

The rest of the fleet including the ANS Promotheus and ANS Formosa will stay at Death to PETA as a reactionary force should another attempt be made on Death to PETA, howeverit will stay in port unless called out.

I am not going to order my navy to withdraw from the waters off the coasts of Allouez until the navy of Death to PETA does the same.

Allouez's attack was not discussed with me before it happened.

While we think Allouez's intentions were good, the method of carrying them out was a little bit overscale.

I do not see how my nation can stand back and let wrong be punished with wrong. Two wrongs don't make a right. Any attempt from Death to PETA's navy to attack Allouez will be stopped.

We apologize for the confusion we have created in our previous announcement. We were unaware that you have commerce dealings (assuming non military dealings). We are only trying to keep the situation from escalating into all out war. If some toes have to be stepped on to do this, we are willing to do that. However, military vessels (including supply ships) are advised to stay away. We are officially neutral, and are undertaking peacekeeping operations with the consent from both Raymond and Death to PETA. We have given you and all other nations warnings, to which we think are as fair as can be to all nations involved. We will not interfer with your vessels (military) if they remain in international waters. We are trying to work for peace here. Please don't ruin it.

While we do not take insult from this, we firmly deny this. We are officially neutral and will remain neutral. We only condemn Allouez for attacking Death to PETA while yourself and Death to PETA talk about having peace. The only reason we have sent our fleet to where it is is because that is where a battle has already taken place. If it had happened on your shores, our fleet would be stationed there. As it is, we are preparing a second fleet to station in international waters off your nation. We can not prepare all our ships at once.

Though we are but a small nation, Tallcottia takes a vested interest in the progress of world peace.

Tallcottians everywhere were stunned to hear of the unprovoked attack on Death to PETA by Allouezian forces. They were subsequently horrified to learn that this attack involved Weapons of Mass Destruction.

In response to this event, the Tallcottian government hereby condemns the government of Allouez and proposes a trade embargo upon said nation.

Furthermore, Tallcottia is prepared to stand with Death to PETA in this dispute. We would like to make clear that we have no intention of opposing Raymond the Pious, and we still preserve hope that these two nations will not wage war. Our decision is based on the actions of Allouez alone.

This is an important message from the leader of the Republic of Death to PETA:

Half an hour ago, cruise missles were launched from ships stationed off the coast of Allouez at assorted military and personal targets. Soon afterwards, planes from the 7th, 8th, and 10th Navy air wing took off carriers. Among the sites hit were military bases and air fields, missle shilos, navy yards, and several palaces. Destruction was reported as immense but limited to military targets. Light civilian deaths are being reported. All planes returned safely. I will list more details as they come.

Allouez is now being punished for his cowardly attack on Death to PETA civilians. I urge all allied nations who have commited men to stand with me to remove this lunitic from power.

After the first wave of planes returned, a second was recently launched. Cruise missles are still being lobbed. Much of Allouez is in flames. Allouez civilians are seen to be taking mass refuge at shelters. Many die-hard loyalists man the anti-aircraft sites in a futile attempt to stop the onslaught.

Which war are you referring to ULAA? If you are telling us to stop the attacks on the unprovoked attacker, Allouez, then you have absolutely no chance in preventing anything. He fired biological weapons into a city of Death to PETA, without reason, and will be retributed upon. However, if you are talking about a war between Raymond the Pious and Death to PETA, they're in peace talks now, so there really isn't any war between them, at the moment that is.

Also, the P.N.S. Chandelier and P.N.S. Paris have decided that now is an opputune moment to attack Allouez. A total of 4 Bouqet missles have been fired off of the destroyer, P.N.S. Paris, into a small military base discovered just outside the capital of Allouez. Damage reports confirm that a aircraft hanger has been hit with unconfirmed losses of aircarft, two guard towers around the perimeter have been toppled, and the main gate of the base has been blown away with it's checkpoint. This opens an oppurtunity for any ground forces in the area to get into this base with ease.

Upon receiving words of the attacks on Allouez, my forces have moved into action.

The Holy Empire of Raymond the Pious has sent a hospital ship, medical relief supplies, military advisers, and military aid to Allouez.

Our Air Corps has been given the order to down any Death to PETA aircraft flying above Allouez or towards its shores. Any hostile naval ships in the waters of Allouez will be destroyed.

Anti-aircraft weapons have been set up in undisclosed areas of Allouez. Our hospital ship will arrive in his capital port.

Death to PETA has crossed the line. He will not cross back over that line with impunity.

When he does flee, he will flee with no intentions of coming back.

Since PETA was attacked i know let my forces go and attack.

How dare you attack me, Death to PETA and Phantomieux. As I have attacked you, and you have responded, I shall now respond as well. All 12 battleships in my harbors have been sent out to engage your pitiful forces, as well as 27 destroyers, and 40 small attack boats. Now you can feel the true force of Allouez.

What Allouez country did was unforgiveable, not because only of the damage done, but the recklessness of the desicion, the randomness, and disregard of the fact that the WMD attack would bring the war into a whole different level. Why keep an ally who will not even confirm with you, the leader of the coalition it pledged support for, that he will use a WMD. Allouez is not a good ally. That country should be alienated, and any more military moves from it should be viewed as a rouge action. If your support for Allouez continues, you will not win this war.

After much debate Allied Command has made a critical decision as whether or not to continue to support Death to PETA or not.

After careful review we have decided to continue. These recent attacks against Death to PETA and Raymonds' full support have convinced us that diplomatic means are faltering, no matter how much you *like* them, they don't always work, and we are not leaving our soldiers open to attack.

A large Naval Squadron is being formed at Corregidor and Norfolk and is preparing to leave within the next month (1 day=1 month)

We must not let this attack on Death to PETA affect our positions on how the nation of Death to PETA is viewed.

While this attack may have tragically cost civilian lives, we cannot let this turn Death to PETA into the innocent victim. Death to PETA is an oppressive international bully. He must be handled appropriately.

This whole conflict, I believe, was created by lack of information and good judgement.

I don't think so. If Death to PETA (a known world threat) was attacked by Allouez before we attacked Death to PETA, why should our attacks be redirected towards Allouez?

I believe Allouez's intentions had some nobility to them, but his method of carrying them out could have possible been improved.

Let us not forget it was you who started the ball rolling in this war. His aquiring of WMD, well what nation doesn't have them (Especially in NS rp). What if he had not had these when Alouez attacked, he had stockpiled vaccines as well, which likely prevented the loss of many lives. And while we did not expect you to help Death to PETA we certainly didn't expect you to support Alloeuz.
