OOC: Not including specs (of which thats going to be one huge f***ing base to have 2 shuttle launch sites as well as everything else you have listed), the only difference between yours and mine is that mine will be mobile, if you keep your proposal as it is and with the same pic.

Tell ya what, I'm willing to compromise. If you'd like, you can join my research team of nations, in which you'd contribute to a specific area of researching technology in exchange for production rights once the project is completed. You'd get to build however many you'd like as long as you participate. One stipulation: YOU CAN'T SELL THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE! You can only build some for yourself. Only I can sell them once they are made available.

If you accept, welcome aboard. If you don't accept, I will seek out a court to try you for copyright violations. Your choice.

OOC: Not always. You can copyright specific ideas if you don't want other people to build them, and you don't always have to sell them. I was going to sell them, once I was finished researching them. I just moved to copyright the whole idea.

As for it being RL, it is not real, at least yet. There are only concept designs for this, no real actual example besides small experiments on things like stability systems or material testing (to see how long it can last in the salty sea)

But the concept does, just like FTL space flight or numerous other concepts that don't have any existing items...the idea is part of the RL world what makes you have the right to use a concept that you did not come up with on your own, but took from someone else?

Example:
Hell, No one has copywrited it yet...I'll go copywrite the tech ideas from Star Wars or Star Trek...that would start a nasty NS war.

I can't have a copyright on a gravship (There are eight nations with diffrent designs) but I can on the Buka...

You can have a copywrite on the design you have specified, but not on say a very diffrent design on the same basic concept of a 'floating military base'

So if someone later (out of 70,000 nations or so) says hey I build a massive floating dock for aircraft launches that has the same basic concept but doesn't even use the same materials or specs...you can't go after them about copywrite infringement.
