Any nations wishing to gain a stronger hold over the NS world, diplomatically and geographically may build official buildings, embassies or millitary bases within Saint Anger.

Official buildings and Embassies wil be built in the capital and the bases will be built within the country somewhere.

All nations who apply may be screened and perhaps asked a few questions before admittance but not always.

Any amount of people will be alowed inside but millitary forces must be kept to a respectful level. Around 45000 troops per base.

Yeh sure your Embassy will be one of the first to be built in the city centre obviously I have lots (not as in amount) available closest for other APTO nations but yours is the first outside embassy to be built.

The land is free as after all an embassy will increase the web for my nation as well as yours, the building of the embasssy can be done by your workers or my own building material wil come from where ever you see fit.

We will not remain in your waters long, just long enough to drop the men and equipment off. Thank you for your reply. Your news have brought cheers to diplomats and to the business community in Gradenk. As we're currently in war, A business proposal like this could aid in our recovery after the battle is over.


For the following industries:

We intend to house them in one large campus( thus the large land bank). The facilities would be built in stages when enough funds are obtained to construct the above facilities.


For the port, We're going to build a deep water port. We intend to make this port ( Proposed Name: St Anger Commerce Port ) a logistics and supply hub for our fleet. The Gradenk-Terra Shipping Corporation is a large Corporation which specializes in Shipping ( & logistics). Our corporation has been profitable for the past 3 years due to better management and the ability to secure low freight , port charges & other hidden / additional costs .The Proposed St Anger Commerce Port would create a new market for Gradenk & Ancient & Holy Terra (WE have Joint Venture in the Shipping Corporation ) Additionally, St Anger's citizens would benefit tremendously as our corporation would employ thousands of workers ( atleast 2k ;including white collar workers )

We could also take opportunity to market St Anger's Products which translates into more revenue for your nation.


The Proposed embassy building ( a large acreage i.e >300 acres ) would cement the close economic relationship which would be formed soon.

I love it begin work immediatly, the grounds at the back are being opened up to combine as your military base. Port protection should not be an issue yt could your guarding ships go a little further out to prevent any commercial ships landing as you unload all work will be placed on getttin your embassy ready to be erected.

heh...think again - we'll put them all out of business (all of our parties are free). ok - 15 acres, a victorian/midieval-style castle, some nice shrubbery, and one all-purpose base (mostly a naval/air force checkpoint, with some 10k ground troops).

All clubs are being moved to one half of the city you are in charge of parties for the other half where the clubs where you can take control of to throw after paries whatever. TG me on completion.

Once again no can do on the military base I will allow troops as defence of your embassy and millitary grade chopers on the roof but not an army full.

Sorry due to internal security a base can now not be permitted.I will allow a small base f you do not trust my local police with a few hundred soldiers, only for your nation as you seem to be a "safe" country.

I am sorry Hitmen but It is a tense time with all this building going on, I would feel so much pleasure in allowing you to build a military stronghold within my nation but I cannot I am sorry. Due to internal security military presence may only be that of members of APTO. I am sorry you may build a embassy and/or send soldiers to train with mine around 3000 a year. Also your embassy may contain guard troops but obviously only a few hundred.

UPDATE: Position Openings

The Sambizie Embassy located in Saint Anger is currently seeking applicants for office and support positions within the Sambizie Embassy. We are currently looking to fill 250 positions by the end of the month. All interested, (Saint Anger), citizens should reply dirrectly to the HR Dept. located in Room 103J of the Embassy. Those hired will be requested to start ASAP at a base rate of $24.89 per hour for first shift and shift preimum of $0.11 per hour for second shift. The jobs require some weekend and holiday work at time and a half.

UPDATE: Sambizie Fleet

The Sambizie Fleet has scheduled and estiblished a patrol route within Saint Anger. The scheduled stop is however tennitive at this time. 1 Fleet will stop at least 1 time per every 3 months near Saint Anger. Warships will be kept off the coast and Embassy Military will transfer. We will rotate the Military in and out of Saint Anger, once per 3 months.

UPDATE: SA-43's

All flight simulators have been set up and are now operational. We request that your pilots log at least 120 hours of sim. time before actual flight. As these are "single" cockpit craft, it will be the responsibility of the Saint Anger AF to ensure pilot safety and scheduled aircraft maintnance.

1. The Sambizie are in the process of establishing "Hammerhead" production plants throughout APTO. We currently have 5 nations building facilities. We request authorization from Saint Anger to set up production in Saint Anger. (TG me for more details).

2. A recent visit with the peacekeepers has "stirred" some conversation amongst the Diplomats of the AP. I have agreed to the plan that was set fourth in regards to the discussion. (Again TG me for details).

Exellent i will be in TG contact with you. Your nation is held in high esteem by my natons people and having advertised your offer there are around 1000 people who want to work in your nation. I will pick the best 300 then you can send home the worst 50 or apply them to work somewhere else.

The simulators are exellent I know they are not toys but I have tried out a flight in them and they are amazing, I would love to set up "hammerhead" production. I have been told by my AF officials that thae idea you put forward about training time has already been thought of and was in process I thank you for your concern.

The military proceedings are fine and people will probally line the slips every 3 months cheering your military in, as they set up a huge party when your embassy was finished, I only wish you had been there your ambassador was a very happy man.

I dont htink millitary bases are on the agenda reading through the thread after all, at first they were then Sambizie said something alon with this other guy anjd Saint ANger has retracted military bases.

Berëzan embassy grand opening concert/party in one NS week (ooc: when i get around to it). Both the concert and the party are free and open to all, including civilians and other embassy staff.

1) A huge Embassy complex with a magnificient neo-Gothic structure with infusion of Moorish architecture.

2) >3000 acres of Commercial land used for the following industries:

Semiconductor Industry,
Automobile Industry
Electrical & Electronic Items
Manufactured goods
Processors / Silicone Processing
Poultry
&
Furniture Industry

3) 2000 acres of Commercial Plot facility (of which 1000 acres are land yet to be developed )


Our ambassador to St Anger will present his credentials to the Ruler of St Anger as soon as he arrives at St Anger. The ambassador to St Anger would be His Excellency Raj Shantosh Varma.

Our industries would begin operation almost immediately as they have employed enough local workers in St Anger to begin production.

We expect Yearly revenue to be inexcess of USD 5 billion in the first 8 years of operation. The revenue would then jump considerable to USD 25 billion per year once all investment costs have been recouped.

An embassy would be fine, an airbase must be mainly commercial/buiseness/pleasure rather than millitary yet a small millitary area will be opened up for millitary aircraft only. My nations troops will consist of most of the guard.

On another note Embassy space has fallen dramatically for the next few years, we have room for 2 more embassies, and then we will need another few years to expand again.
