How much would you like to insure them for? To calculate risks and rates and so forth, we wil need to have blueprints, details of their operation, locational details, and other relevant information, for our risk analysts, auditors and actuaries. We will of course want to send an inspection team.

Upon receipt of your telegram, our risk analysts find the risks of an accident (less than a 0.0000001% chance a year) acceptable but terrorism seems a bit higher.
We can issue a 100 Trillion USD policy on accidents and acts of nature, but not terrorist or acts of man, for 50 billion per year. An additional terrorism rider can be had for 50 billion extra.
