Hundreds of abandoned colonies sit in Neo Side 3. Only two powers exsisit there, Zeonic Forces, and the KSE. Life support systems will be brought back online in 100 of the colonies(Roughly one fifth of the abandoned) and use them to place population, shipyards, warehouses, factories, or ortillery platforms. Of the 100 colonies, 15 are to be made into shipyards, 6 into ortillery platforms, 20 into factories, 20 into warehouses, and the rest, to house population.
