ARM YOUR ARMY WITH THE BEST!!! (NEW ASSAULT RIFLE!!)

05-08-2003, 15:52
Okay, this is my storefront. Happy shopping. If you requst something I will try to get some for you, by making them especially.

8) Alright!! 8)

My nation is fairly young compared to a lot of other nations. My storefront may not be as large as others, but I am trying hard to update it with new products and ideas daily. I have realised that I am not yet old enough to mass produce Stealth Bombers and Boats, and I haven't got a single Nuke in my armed forces. Thankyou for showing interest.

Okay heres ma list:

FC-57 Assault Rifle:

erm, could I interest you in the FC-57 AR?

This is my new Assault Rifle.

http://www.hpphoto.com/servlet/LinkPhoto?GUID=3439375e-7932-7215-935f-377f36911200&size=

The All-New FC-57 6.62 Assault Rifle!!

Designed by Freedom Countried R&D, its FC's national Rifle, and will be given to all armed forces when the weapons are available!!!

Its 6.62 is designed to use FC bullets which are somewhere in between the versatile 5.56 and the powerful 7.62.

Its design is a mix of the tried and tested M4 and OICW

It has a carbine designed, M16 inspired barrel, with what looks like a smooth gripped M203 underneath. Both barrels merge into an OICW's main body with trigger, but both the grenade launchers 5 round magazine and the assault rifles magazines are at the back. This allows added weight to be added at the front to reduce barrel rising and increase accuracy. It has a stock which is where the magazines are inserted, in front of the shoulder. The grenade launcher can be unattached to leave the Assault rifle, for QB and Airborne use. Also, there is a multipurpose slot where a custom made bayonet, custom made, laser 'pin prick' targeting, custom made torch and custom made MILES system fit into the holder.

The grenade launcher fires either HE or HEAT shells, with the HEAT being a mini version of the tank inspired shell. The assault rifle uses the FC 6.62 rounds which can be brass cased or explosive matrix enclosed. This is the first step my R&D has amde other than a rotary launcher for torpedos, which isnt that special.

Thankyou for paying attention. I am not selling this or the prod rights for some time.

Raise your prices. For example, 7.5 million for Hornets is a way too less. They should cost at least 30, 40 million dollars, I think..
05-08-2003, 16:01
Haven't you already got two storefronts?
05-08-2003, 16:03
Maybe he wants to sell more than others and so he put low prices.
That's called competition, and that's what makes a capitalist market work.

Oh, and Freedom Country, don't raise your prices before we order something okay 8)
Sketch
05-08-2003, 16:03
All your prices are waaaaaay too cheap. Guns in RL cost hundreds for a pistol and thousands for a good rifle. I won't bother commenting on the larger items, someone else already mentioned it.
Why can't people bother to do any research when they post RL items?
05-08-2003, 16:04
i got one where i wasjust handin out some unneeded helos
the other died a death
i screwed up the title, as nobody was lookin
i tried to revive it, so this is my storefront
the rest are closed
05-08-2003, 16:05
The problem with posting realistic prices is because people have gotten used to pay $3million for a bomber and $100 for a rifle. If people start putting realistic prices up then noone will buy.
05-08-2003, 16:10
A) Cos u cant possibly buy a F-18 off the web
b)My last 2 storefronts died cos of realistic pricing
c)i have to compete

is any1 gonna buy stuff here?

05-08-2003, 17:56
what the hell is an M4B1. Is it an assault rifle?

and is this a trick, cos i know u use M4B1's and own the prod rights to them. If so, leave me alone. If not, inform me on what the hell an M4B1 is

(OOC: Most jets, in real life, cost anywhere from ten to fourty million dollars. Which is less than the Apache Longbow, of which usually costs fourty-six million dollars a helicopter. I say anyone who sells their weaponry at this price is actually selling cardboard models that badly imitate the real thing. I bet those pistols are actually rubber-band guns, and those helicopters are actually created for the purpose of crop-dusting. No only that, but those Hornet Class aircraft are more exspensive than their real life counterparts, but that bazooka is really a potato gun, right?)

HAPPY NOW!!!!

06-08-2003, 11:21
There are more comprehensive, older and trustworthy stores out there, with a large range, realistic prices for the game and with a bit of history. You're what, 5 days younger than me and already have a store selling quite a few aircraft. Wait a while. Grow older and dont complain when people dont buy your things. Just leave it and walk away. In 2 or 3 RL weeks come back with new products and a new plan for selling the products. Study what you are selling and keep everything reasonable.

Minister for Maturity,
Avalohn
06-08-2003, 11:25
Weeks!!!! Man, i dont think i can wait that long.......

anyway, im a mountainous country so i sell mainly Helos
notice the lack of tanks?

sorry i have offended any1, i just needed someone to say that
i cant think of anything id do here if i cant sell stuff......

06-08-2003, 11:25
Also, a lot of nations just don't need what you're selling. Nations that are space-based, pacifist, arms-producers themselves, etc. have no need to buy the type of weapons you're selling. This greatly cuts down the potential customers.
06-08-2003, 11:27
hmmm, i kinda try to sell for newish nations......
but a lot of peepl need helos, ive done my research and its a growing thing peepl want.
07-08-2003, 01:06
True that.
But i have promised to not purchase anything until the 9th of August.
When that day rolls around i may be interested in getting some helos.
All i have now are Hinds.

Minister for War
Avalohn
07-08-2003, 09:23
ok, thanks for the interest

i am, as i said, a very much mountainous city, so helos are our main transport

see ya on the 9th then
07-08-2003, 09:40
I would've purchased from you but there were a few issues:

1. I'm a new country, I need credible places to buy my arms (past what I can produce) and when you use bad grammar consistantly, it makes me lose faith in you.

2. People have complained about your prices being off a lot. Once again, you lack credibility when I don't know if what I'm buying is a godmode.

On the other hand, I was impressed with your information, but a few more pictures couldn't hurt. If you clean things up a bit, I'll buy from you later no problem.
07-08-2003, 09:47
Please....

Have you noticed that people have made me put my prices up?
Yup, they are higher than most others.

And sorry about the grammar, i have realised it myself, and will take steps to correct these mistakes. I was in a hurry to set up this store so the typing quality might not be very good. My apoligies, I would lose faith too.

I'm a busy person  .

Not a problem on me selling them. In the long run it would just be a lot cheeper if I could start producing them myself! Testing will begin ASAP, thanks.

We have completed our testing and have one problem. We received a large number of complaints on the 20mm grenade launcher jamming with 1 to 2 rounds left in it. Our armors looked at them and said the pressure in the cartridges was too low and that was causing the jam. I was wondering if you had the same problems? I might have got a bad batch or something. You may want to look into this. If this problem is fixed easily I will be interested in a very large order. Let me know!
14-08-2003, 16:07
Hmmmm, we are checking out the problem now.
The reciever seems to have problems getting them in.....

Anyways, I havent had any problems other than the fact that its difficult for beginners to reload. Anyway, we will modify all AR's coming out to sort this prolem. Any more complaints and let me know.

We are justfinishing off version 2, turning the FC-57 in the FC-57A2

This will stop the grenade mag problem and allow the backup Iron Sights to be seen better.

It costs little to upgrade to version 2, and the prod rights are 1 million for it.

And to prove we have sorted it, we will send you 10 FC-57A2's as proof.

IC: The new FC-57A2's are working perfectly, thank you. I wish to order 2.25 million for now, plus the production rights. What is the cost? Money will be wired on confermation.
25-08-2003, 18:39
You would be better buying the prod rights.

I do not have the manpower or resources to make 2,250,000 FC-57's anytime soon.

I could sell the prod rights to you, and we could make half each if you like?

And 666 FC-57's could be bought with that.

I realize that. But I was hoping to same time instead of buying the rights, and haveing to prepair to build them, before getting them.
I would like to outfit some of my forces immediately so send what you can up to 400,000. Plus I would like the production rights.

Tell me what you can get me and send them, money will be wired when you do. Thanks.
