We at the Federation of Crimson Blades, feel that todays sending of a probe into the galaxy, by means of Blitz-Kreig, was against the laws put forth on arcels nations after he decided to leave the galaxy. so I propose we space nations, send out a large number of probes that will patrol the Galaxies rim and if they find any more probes sent by arcel, thee destroy them and immidiatly report them to us. Blitz-Kreig, also known as Arcel2 shall not be premitted to enter and/or leave the NS galaxy and/or communicate with nations inside of it. this includes joining organizations.etc...

We have a surplus of 30,000 search and recon drones we can deploy as bouys to detect Blitz-Krieg energy signatures.
These will be deployed immediatly.

Heck, it's just a simple matter of sending out new instructions to the von Neumann's. Instead of just searching for habitable worlds, we can have them search for and destroy Arcel probes, just like they search for and destroy minor asteroids and comets for raw material. Should take- oh, 1 or two years to get the new programs out to all the probes.
