We wish to aquire the licence to produce the T-72, so it may speed up and save cost on the production of domestic tanks.
30-11-2003, 03:42
Just build M84A4's and M48A5's, they have ERA and israeli passive armor, respectively.

I assume you want the rights to the T-72-120, in which case theyre $400 mil.
30-11-2003, 03:49
We just need the T-72 (basic) production rights so that be can begin to build the M84 and M92 models.

We plane on building all the models of the M84. We wish to speed it up, if not we'll have to spend much more money and time.

Have fun, and I suggest only using the M84A5 in domestic service (well, offer them for export but make them your army's only tank).
01-12-2003, 04:09
Well we'll first upgrade our 200 T72 to M84 and then the M92 and 95 as well as M84/A/A4 ect.. will be produced. Mostly for sale

M84A5 is the only one a decent chaingun (35 or 40mm caliber) wouldnt make mincemeat out of.

Wait i thought the standard war a 12.7mm and 7.62(unsure maybe 56) mm guns besides the main 125mm.
Well, not always.

12.7 and 7.62mm guns are used on many APC's and as coaxial guns on tanks.

THen there is the russian BTR series of APC's with the 14.5mm HMG, which hits with twice the force of a 12.7mm MG.
Then the AMX-10P and Marder APC's with 20mm guns.
Then the Bradley, ASCOD, Dardo Hitfist, and CV9025 with 25mm guns.
Then the Warrior, CV9030, and BMP-2 with 30mm guns.
Then there is a Japanese APC with a 35mm gun and the US is making the Bushmaster III 35mm chaingun.
Then the CV9040 with a 40mm gun.
Finally, the Russian army is testing a new 45mm chaingun.

Good info, but i was referring to the M84A5, I have never read about it having anything near the size of the 35-40mm guns.
