Range: 1,200 mi.
Ceiling: 47,700 ft.
Comments: A very nice fighter from the 1950's, used until the late 1960's. Cheap, beautiful(sp?), and deadly. Excellent for nations of 15 million or under who need easily mass-produced fighters. Also makes a nice target drone.

F-101 Voodoo

Powerplant: Two Pratt & Whitney J57-P-53 or -55 turbojets of 16,900 lb of thrust each in afterburner.
Wingspan: 39 ft 8 in.

Max. Speed: 825 mph.
Range: Approx 1,000 mi.
Ceiling: 54,000 ft.
Comments: Although it does not have as much speed or thrust as the Voodoo it does have a higher service ceiling and has delta wings to reduce drag.

Cost: $1.7 million
Max. Speed: 1,324 mph.
Range: 730 mi.
Ceiling: Approx 57,700 ft.
Comments: Flying at over Mach 2 it is a "hot" and unfocrgiving aircraft to fly. Most likely better suited for reserve or drone duty.

Cost: $2.14 million
Max. Speed: 1,390 mph.
Range: 2,206 mi

Cost: $8.2 million.
Max. Speed: 1,452 mph.
Range: Approx 3,800 mi.
Ceiling: 51,000 ft.
Comments: Nuclear Fighter-Bomber. Devolped in an age where it was thought that the only war to wage war was nuclear war. Thank God they were wrong. Flies lower and slower than the Delta Darts but still excellent.

You are kidding, these low tech pieces of garbage are not even worthy of being treated in the same manner as those lickspittles of Allanea. No our arms industry is quite capable of handling our own interests, as all militaries are subject to the standardization of the Bahram Strategic alliance. I much prefer the Judas Interceptor myself, or as it should be better known, a Mig 25 with a superior sensor system capable of 26 locks, armed with a laser weapon system. [ note they actually have a working laser in RL and it DOES kill stuff without too much power constraints, thing is it only kills wimpy stuff...like planes and american helicopter gunships, and AA guns and Artillery] Though, if you happen to havea supply of Hind D assaulkt choppers i may take them as after all even teh D variant is superior to an Apache gunship in every way but sensors. though some Alligators [werewolf:super hokum] wuld be nice

Greetings from the Allied States of Lusaka.
We have a many armed order to place.
Allow me to proceed-

10x F5 Freedom Fighter ($7.56m) to replace those lost in a recent conflict

12x A37 Dragonfly ($1.932m) again to replace loses

8x B47 Stratojet ($48m) because I've always thought it seemed an ideal force-projection unit for poor nations

4x C124 Globemaster II ($6.584m) because we can't afford another C5.

4x Ka27 Helix ($6m) because we can't afford an actual navy :)

All told I think that's $70,076,000 or..er..so.

I don't suppose you deal in any older British aircraft, do you? Hunters, Lightenings, V-bombers and so on?

Order confirmed.

OOC: I'll look into the British aircraft, I would have many, many Russian aircraft but I can't find a price for them. I'll post those soon. Yes MiG-15's though MiG-25's most likely. These aren't worthless peices of crap. Thundercheifs and Phantom II's were widely used in Veitnam, and some 16,000 Phantom II's were built and many were exported I do belive. Most of these planes just went out of service in the 80s. These aircraft are what is meant to be used by Newer Nations. Oh yeah you can buy your nice little 48 million dollar fighters.. maybe 15 of them. But they get shot down. Especially if your fighting against April or May nations. The aircraft are meant for new nations who are fighting other new nations.

Ya know, if I engineer these things properly, I could get 'em to carry long range missles that make their low performance not a factor. One second while I make up my mind....

By the way, have any Swedish aircraft like the J35F Draken or the AJ 37 Viggen?

(I think maybe Viggens are worth a bit more than that- they're still a viable fighter.. anyway-)

$180 million + whatever compensation you may accept for the blueprints is ready for transfer.

wow you're pretty productive considering you can make all these aircraft while you're getting the shit beaten out of you in a war

You are kidding, these low tech pieces of garbage are not even worthy of being treated in the same manner as those lickspittles of Allanea.

New nations aren't rich. I started with A-1 Skyraiders and still have a number of B-17s with SH-2G seasearch radars replacing the bomb aimers and nose gunners position, and the bomb bay altered to take 2 Harpoon, with 2 more underwing.

Low tech is still usefull. look at the AKs hell, even a crossbow will kill you if it hits. I'd back a well trained soldier with a crossbow against a raw conscript with a "Aliens" or "Alien Resurection" type rifle.

And a old nuclear tipped low accuracy short range missile is still more dangerous than a new laser guided GBU
