ANyway,
THe Bisonic Defense Initiative Agency (BDIA) has announced the development of the Scorpion class new generation stealth missile boat.

Scorpion (Project 12300) is a fourth-generation boat, which embodies unique expertise and knowledge built up by its developers over the past half a century.
Scorpion’s hull incorporates the latest advances made by foreign and Bisonic scientists in stealth technology. Scorpion is armed with up-to-date weapons systems, such as the Yakhont advanced supersonic antiship missile (4 missiles carried), the Kashtan-1 antiaircraft gun/missile complex designed to engage aerial targets, and the A-190-5P-10 100mm multipurpose artillery gun mount. The craft’s electronics suite includes the Monument-E target acquisition and designation radar complex (or Positive-ME multifunctional radar complex), the Positive-ME-1.1 air and surface target detection radar, etc.
The Bureau’s ingenious designers have installed these weapon systems compactly in a 56-m long hull. With these weapon systems on board, Scorpion remains stealthy and can develop a speed of 38 knots.

My yakhonts are also an upgrade- well they have a 400km range, can be fired either as radar homing missiles (for use against stealth) or as standard AS issiles.
Im thinking of making an SS-N-31 Yakhont II stealthy version.

OOC-There's no such thing as a "anti-stealth radar". All radar can detect stealth, althought they may detect it as something else.

Bisons, when you produce a sea platform whether its stealth or not, and it carries over 40 Yakhonts, I will buy several dozen of these for whatever price!
