nice ship, I was hoping for the Starship Defiant, like the one in DS9...but oh well.

Don't you think the price is a bit higher? A high-end Nimitz-class carrier in the real world is 4.8 billion I believe.

Actually its about a third smaller.

Independent Hitmen, would that be the CTOL or STOVL version. Payment can be made in one lump sum, half on our acceptance of the order and half on delivery or a variety of payment plans with an extortionate amount of interest. A variety of spare parts are supplied with the vessel, and a five-year return to base warranty is supplied in the case of non-combat mechanical failures, combat related failures are the nations problem.

United Elias, we had the Nimitz clocked at about 333m by 77m, the Nimitz does have a large aircraft capacity, at 85, but if you were to keep both the hangers and deck full and worked up a rota system, you could fit around 80 or so (50 is the number of hangers available, after all, who wants to leave there top-of-the-line fighters on deck in stormy weather?)

What is the difference apart from the price?

The STOVL version is designed for use with short take off, vertical landing aircraft (e.g Harriers, F-35) and as such is not fitted with arrester cables. The CTOL version is designed for use with any carrier based aircraft and as such comes with the arrester cables.

When Sketch hired us to help put an end to the NGEN earth blockade, he payed us with a portion of his satellite to use.
