Fik i hate to be a pain but there is no way on earth you can fit 30 people into a ural (unless you are going for a people in a mini type challenge).

Persoanlly from what i've seen not even the russians could fit 10 on each side of a ural with out some serious squashing but if you want your troops all jumbled and sore then it's up to you i suppose :)
