We use ICCM's. They bring the best of ICBM's and Cruise Missles together and delete there weaknesses. The main one is that Cruise Missiles are like a million times harder to shot down than a Balistic missile.

FiK is quie right... the SS-N-22 Sunburn is substantially larger than a Tomahawk. Then again, they serve two slightly different purposes. The SS-N-22 is more of an anti-ship missile than a pure cruise missile. It does have the distinction, however, of being the BEST anti-ship missile in the world.
