As you can clearly see, the land is still poisoned and does not support life. The area has become a popular tourist trap for several nations(ours included), adverised as "The Ruins of the Nation we all Loved to Hate, Magic China."
It is also used as a gleaming reminder of the power that one with a Freakin' Huge Cannonball of Justice has at his disposal.
As for the old texts from Magic China... we have put the ones that survived into a line of books such as: 'For I have Tasted the Cannonball, Why Magic China couldn't RP' and "The Magic China Joke Book!(A consolodation of the jibes thrown at MC)'.
