Title says it all really. According to this (http://www.reuters.com/article/bondsNews/idUSN2054399520090521) source, the feller's going to be tried in a civilian court.
What do you reckon? Good move by the government to try and provide a fair trial? Or is it too sensitive and complex for a civilian jury to handle? Is this the start of greater respect for the rule of law, or is this a desperate attempt to do SOMETHING with the inmates of gitmo before the deadline?

they will put one or two on trial that they have solid evidence agaist in civilian courts for show. the rest will be tried by the military kangaroo.
