Whats the difference between teh first and second?

Anyway, I vote Le Diable Blanc best Hero, and Rogue best Heroine, its the perfect match, lol

Surfer ended up as a hero?

So - provided a villain has been 'on the side of good', somewhere in their canon, they are applicable as heroes?

Huh? As far as I know, Silver Surfer has been a good guy for the vast majority of his comic career (obviously not including his long background as a "villain"-messenger for Galactus).

In that case, I vote Juggernaut:

I love Gambit just as much as any woman who had a crush on him when she was 11, but, while a fine character, he is not the most impressive superhero out there. He's not very heroic, for one, and his powers... well, suck.

His powers do not suck, BLASPHEME!

*switches on geekatron*

He's actually an Omega Level Mutant, meaning he's one of the most powerful on the planet, and had he not had his powers reduced to a tolerable level, he wouldve exploded the earth and the solar system with it...

Also, The power to make things spontaneously explode, is not weak in and of itself, its just proportional to the size of the object, Like, he normally uses throwing cards so its a small explosion, if he gets a Building, itll go off like it was made of C4...

so, he can be pretty powerful indeed, lol...

This is what I'm saying, though. His powers ARE reduced, and he makes poor choices. Going for the flashy deck of cards rather than something useful, like maybe some ball bearings. Or, hell, nickels even. His coolness limits him almost as much as Scott Summers's boyscoutness.

Whiner. "Oh no, my disproportionately popular character has a small handful of doubters!" Try telling people you're a Ghost Rider fan and watch them fall completely silent, then slowly turn their backs and continue the conversation as if trying to pretend you didn't just poop your pants.

"Somewhere in the canon?" He only became a herald of Galactus to save his own planet and fought back Galactus to save our planet. He was so overwhelmingly 'good' and noble that his very existence offended Mephesto himself causing him to constantly try and trick him into evil or destroy his spirit. He's like a hypergood guy.

I am sorry everyone, I am trying my best, but to make everyone happy, there would have to be 10 threads!

To help with the anger, on the finals thread I will add Gambit and Deadpool as extras.

P.S. Who is Deadpool?

P.S.S. I do not know who Legion is either, but some guy actually started telegramming me begging to put him in.

Oh god yes. My friend summed up his early issues as him riding around doing lengthy monologues to himself about how much his life sucks until whoever has been attacking him gets annoying enough for him to whack them out of the way, then back to riding around mopping.

I adore Legion!!!

Legion (David Charles Haller)
The Professor met Gabriele whole working in an Israeli mental facility. He was using his powers to ease the

pain of the Holocaust survivors institutionalized there. She was one of them. Their affair led to the birth of

David, but she never told Charles.
While very young, David was involved in a terrorist attack. He was the sole survivor. The stress was what

caused David to manifest his powers, incinerating the minds of the terrorists. In the process, the mind of

Jemail Karami was absorbed into his. Being linked to all these people when they died caused him to be

temporarily catatonic. He was put in the Muir Island mutant research facility. This trauma caused the

splintering of his personality, with each personality controlling a seperate aspect of his psionic powers.

The terrorist leader struggled for years to take over. Using David's own powers, he reintergrated David's

personalities into one. Some of them resisted, such as Jack Wayne and Cyndi. They were all three his

dominant personalities.
While at the institute, David came out. He was possesed by the Shadow King, who used his powers to

increase the hatred in the world. While the Shadow King, David killed Destiny. The X-men, dear old dad's

men, fought the shadow king, leaving David in a coma (again)

Mystique tracked down poor David years later to exact revenge against him for killing Destiny, and he

awoke with his splintered mind whole. David now wanted to help his realize his dream of humans and

mutants living as one. He wanted to go about this by killing Magneto. He traveled 20 years in the past,

accidently killing his father. Now, this is a paradox. He killed his father, negating the possiblity of giong back.

. .and killing his father. This is the beginning of the Age of the Apocolypse time line.

Due to being trapped in the past by David's actions, Bishop enlisted the aid of the new reality's X-men to

travel back in time to confront Legion again. Bishop seized Legion's psychic blade and drove it into his own

chest, allowing Legion to see the future that he caused. In his last moments, David apologized for what he

did.

Though David died, some of his personalities were trapped, manifesting themselves as spirits. When these

spirits started terrorizing people, Escalabur came to help. When she learned that they were trapped because

they were refusing to, in a sense, be dead, Meggen used her empathy to get them to let go of life.
Legion was one of the most powerful mutants.
A Omega-level, ten times as powerful as his father, though he was untrained.

First of all, it wasn't a challenge dammit. Sheesh.

Second, depending on when in the canon, the bike is made of hellfire. How much more explody does it need to be?

Third, if he has any guilt at all in him at all the penance stare will leave him a blubbering mess on the floor weeping for his mama.

The Hellfire'll just make a larger explosion when its filled with Bio-Kinetic Energy, :p

Squirrel girl is one of my favourites for being so endearingly chirpy. The whole 'can totally kick the ass of any supervillain' just gets me all hot under the collar. I... love a girl that can kick my ass with the power of small rodents? Sure, why not.
