Ruffy's Summer #23,546,357

So, this year I'm thinking about taking a train ride all over the east coast of the US.

Recommend campgrounds, places to go, cheap hotels (ew), and other shit.

I was thinking about maybe starting on Block Island and doing a coke binge (to avoid spending money on a place to stay) while I wonder around for two days.

Go.

Instead of cheap hotels, you should do hostels (assuming you're under 30). Not only are they cheaper, but you have drinking buddy options available.

$500.

You might want to check out the price of train tickets and then consider the bus.

Hey, Ruffy! /wave! Dunno the east coast, furthest east I've been is Manhattan, Kansas. But the hostel idea sounds sound. Good luck!

Except that plane tickets to Africa cost more than $500.

Hostels are cool, campgrounds are even cooler. And the train is way overrated. Thumbing it is cheaper and more awesome. You could be all Jack Kerouac and shit then.

There's got to be a few hostels along the route, or you can do what I do and just find people to stay with.
