I, myself, and me, we all tend to abuse our body in ways most people would be shocked at. My caffeine intake is most likely destroying my heart, I'm in horrid physical condition, I'm sleep-deprived on a regular basis, and I rarely get the kind of food I need. I might be dead by thirty. But you know what? It's been a hell of a ride, so I'm not complaining.:D

I am quite athletic and have a nice, muscular body and like to keep it that way. I like running and breathing easy. I like keeping my abs. I like working out and getting enough sleep.
I eat good foods and shitty foods, but I have a super good metabolism.
I don't smoke ciggs and only once in a blue moon smoke pot.
I drink but not that often, only like, usually once per weekend when out partying.

1. That would require physical work, which my lungs disagree with vehemently.:p
2. I don't like much in the way of protein-bearing food. And, as a view long-term health as last on my to-do list...:D
I eat what I please, but I don't eat huge portions. I drink what I please, and damn the portions. I have two very energetic daughters, I don't get to not exercise. I got rid of my vehicle so I do a lot of walking, and I'll be moving to a city with an excellent transit system and biking culture. I have seen how regular bicycling sculpts one's ass, so I am SOOO looking forward.
Sex is a great way to exercise, so I think I'm going to be very, very fit.
Other than that? I try not to worry too much. About anything. That's the best I can do for my body, and I think it appreciates it.

No, I meant like you just buy protein and mix it in with your milk or something. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake. You can take it before or after workouts to help gain weight.

I drink a lot, smoke a lot, do some drugs, don't get much normal exercise apart from that I walk everywhere due to being a poor student who can't afford a car, I don't eat particularly well, but not overly badly, I suppose, and I don't sleep enough.
On the other hand, I don't worry about anything at all, so there's no stress to screw me over, I get plenty of 'other' exercise from my boyfriend, I'm 5'10" and about 135-140lb, so I'm a good weight for my height (and my weight rarely changes beyond a range of about half a stone, no matter how lazy I get or how much/little I eat), I don't have any excess flab or anything, I'm fairly reasonably toned, and I rarely find myself to be out of breath even if I have to run somewhere.
On balance, I'd say I'm about averagely healthy for someone my age.

How my physical health is directly relates to my mental health. When I'm relatively stable, I eat fairly often, try not to eat portions that are too large, and drink lots of water. I have a moderately active job and sometimes I work out.
When my brain goes bezerk, I drink too much, I run experiments like "how long can I go without eating?" (24 hours is fairly standard, 36 if I've been not eating normal amounts anyway, and up to 3 days if I drink juice and just take in a tiny bit of calories from minor snacks, but without eating anything that could remotely be called a meal.)
The irony, of course, being that the starvation diet has been massively successful for me. I've shed pounds and gotten lots and lots of compliments by not eating. Even without having energy to get out of bed and just sleep all the time, I still lose weight. Which makes it harder to fight the urge to not eat, or see how long i can withstanding the hunger.

Health? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...... give me a minute... hahahahahaohjesus...
My body hates me. When living at home I tend to eat healthy and drink less but I don't do much in the way of physical activity. When I live on my own however it's doing something rather physically intensive but I tend to eat worse and drink heavily. To some this may seem like it balances out but it really doesn't. In the 'off season', while I don't actually get fat, I am kinda not in shape. When 'go time' hits, I don't actually get in shape, I just feel like dying every morning. Every muscle has atrophied from riding and trekking all day, the hangover is deadly and I can't find my socks.
Some treat their body like a temple...I treat mine like a tent.
Getting better though...it's finally warm here again, so I'm exercising more.
I have good intentions, but I rarely give my body what it needs to be healthy, though it isn't always my fault. I'm over-worked and sleep-deprived, which makes my seizures worse (especially at night), which deprives me of sleep... it's a vicious cycle. I don't eat well. I had cake for lunch because it was in the staff room and I could eat it while doing prep work. I don't drink much at all. I also don't exercise at all.
Compared to my days of starvation, bulimia and three-day speed binges, though, I'm still a lot healthier now.

I never smoke or drink, but aside from that, I'll be lucky to make it to 50. I drink about 6 cups of coffee a day, am a very stressed out person in general, don't sleep much, and don't exercise regularly. While I don't really overeat, I don't pay a whole lot of attention to what I'm eating, and I do have a bit of a sweet tooth. (Currently 6'0'' and 180, though for some reason I look a lot thinner than that- people normally assume I'm between 130 and 150.)
I do what I do, I work to having a healthy weight but I'm not too concerned as long as my organs don't start randomly shutting down.
I eat well (vegetarian, usually cook my own meals from scratch, eat out here and there, but not really junk... unless chocolate=junk), I drink maybe a cup of coffee a day, I drink alcohol a couple of times a week, I go to the gym a couple of times a week, I walk a lot of places. I don't smoke tobacco, rarely smoke pot.
I'm probably about the "right" weight for my height. I'm trying to tone up a bit and maybe lose a bit of flub, but nothing major. I think I'm generally pretty healthy.

i have a BMI of about 34. i had dropped that to 32 from 35 in the last half of last year, but this year i haven't been so good and its gone back up. i largely eat what i want and do very little exercise. at least i don't drink or smoke lol, and the food i do eat is mostly good (not junk)... just i eat too much of it. food is tasty!
but i am getting really fed up with waking up in the morning with my bones aching, from not sleeping well, from being out of breath, my back hurting all the time. i'm slowly getting it back in my head that i need to get back on with what i was doing last year cos it was good for me and i felt good (well, better) about myself when i was doing it.

As I type this, I am surrounded by kebab and pot noodle carcasses, so that should give you some idea of my dietary standards. There's a couple of unopened beers on the table too. Ooooh, and a tub of Haagen Dazs. I'm balanced on a BMI knife-edge from which I might fall into the precipice of obesity at any time.

My diet is all right - I mostly cook for myself from scratch but I do probably get take-out too much to be really health (on my body or my wallet). I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast, though I have an early lunch and don't tend to snack. I do walk about an hour a day (to and from work since i don't have a car), do about 5mins of pushups/sit ups in the morning to ensure I still have a waist and have recently taken up doing 8-10mile walks at the week-ends because it's summer and I want to see more of the North Yorkshire Moors. I tried picking up running in the morning but I found that I don't get enough sleep as it is and getting up earlier to run just meant I was constantly exhausted.
Overall I wouldn't say I'm really fit, but I'm not unfit either and I still fit in (UK) size 8/10 cloths, so I'm happy. I also don't eat chocolate or most deserts due to allergies/food intolerences which I'm sure helps.

I'm in-between. I don't smoke or drink booze, but I'm a heavy Coke-r. I don't eat nearly as much junk food as I used to, but I could stand more veggies. I don't eat nearly as much FOOD as I did, since my metabolism slowed down, but I'm still capable of the occasional binge. And though I'm not a couch potato, I don't get nearly the exercise I'd like to, at least not consistently.

I expect a certain level of performance from my body and I'm willing to put in the time necessary to maintain that level of performance. I'm a true omnivore and I munch constantly. Carrots, celery sticks, beef jerky, cupcakes, tacos, tacos, more tacos, etc. I also move constantly. There's always someone to chase(more and more frequently my children). Flexibility is very important. I can still do a standing backflip, but the last few times I tried a front flip, I didn't stick the landing. I think age is catching up to me.
I drink socially but rarely to excess, I never smoked and never had any need for drugs. On the other hand, a 5'8" 170lb man playing rugby with people who average 6'2" and 220lbs or more shows a total disregard for physical wellbeing.

I used to say "the hell with it" until my health started declining for the worse. When that happened I eliminated soda pop and a lot of junk food, replacing my liquid intake for milk, water and juice. I eat a well balanced diet now, making sure I have my veggies and my fruits in good proportions, and I swim a lot to keep me as healthy as possible. I rarely drink alcohol anymore, unless it is the obligatory glass of wine for dinner.

I'm overweight. I gained it all when I was a teenager, and am carrying it around still.
I did dieting in my early twenties, that increased the weight a good bit, but it's been stable ever since.
I don't eat fast food, and I'm a vegetarian (although not for health reasons), and I don't drink.
I can't stand working out. I simply utterly hate it. It's always been that way, and I don't think it'll ever change. In primary school, I would have been the kid who would hide during PE so as not to have to play ball games or run around.
But since I don't have a car, I walk a lot. And I love going for a swim, thought I get little chance to do that at the moment.
I'm watching what I'm eating, and I have dropped about 1 cloth size in the last year. I intend to maybe get it down another one, but I seriously doubt I'll get further.
I've got no health problems apart from occasional migraines, which I'm getting treatment for.

Hrmm....well, as with most things in my life, I have a problem of staying focused. I value being healthy, I think physical and mental health are very much facilitated by one another. On the other hand, when I get done with classes and homework/research, I just want to play some video games.
When I have a slack enough schedule, I tend to try and do 1.5 to 2 hours of cardio (normal or HITT) every day. I also very much enjoy martial arts. However, I drink to excess on a regular basis, smoke cigarettes when I drink and then finish the pack over the week, and drink loads and loads of coffee (I get horrible withdrawal migraines if I don't). I've been trying to quite the smoking, but I enjoy the drinking too much to make it work consistently. The best shape of my life I was the only person I knew on campus all summer long, had no job and just a single Spanish course (I was bored and figured I might as well take the class for that module since I was paying for the entire session); I didn't party, at all, but ran every day, ate right (primarily because I was on a tight budget and couldn't even afford gas), and didn't have a single cigarette for something like three-four months.

I'm terrible to my body. I drink a lot of both alcohol and caffeine (sometimes in conjunction), I'm extremely sedentary for most of the day (wok + grad school), I have a comparatively high level of stress, I eat okay, and my physical activity is relegated to hour long spurts at the end of the day during the week, or at the start of the day during the weekend (followed shortly by feeding the system more alcohol) and I smoke occasionally...
...oh, and I can't forget the diet soda.

I'm slightly overweight (six foot tall and 190 lbs). I've been smoking and drinking increasingly more over the past couple years. I never "work out," and never will. There is something uniquely unpleasant that happens to men's personalities when they start going to gyms on a regular basis.
Also, I eat crap. I like sugar way too much, have at least one potato based meal a day (sometimes all three meals involve potatoes), and drink diet soda and coffee constantly.
On the other hand, I walk 25 minutes (mostly up hill) to work four times a week. I walk a lot (probably 2-3 hours a day), as I find it relaxing and inductive to thought. Most of the time, when I go out to smoke I spend 30-40 minutes wandering and enjoying the night with a couple cigarettes somewhere in the middle.

Eh, it probably is, although most of my family has unusually high metabolism. But there's no way come hell or high water that I'm getting off the caffienne. I simply can't go without it, at least not if I need to focus in any possible meaning of the word.

The only vice to which I'd admit would be smoking; I smoke in the region of 4 or 5 a day, not horrific, especially in comparison to friends, but still a little excessive.

don't do it six packs are for douches "oh look at me I can do 1000 sit-ups"
To my mind, an excessive interest in "fitness" just betrays an absence of more worthwhile interests.

I used to have a high metabolism ... it slowed down about a year ago, though. Now I'm up to an unsightly 85 kilos and my waist has bloated to 95cm. I'm trying to eat healthy (broccoli and salad ftw) and get more exercise, but I have yet to excise chocolate from my diet entirely.
dont even try. chocolate can easily be part of a nutritious diet. eat only 70% or higher chocolate (all by itself as a piece of candy)

Overall healthy considering I smoke a pack a day and drink a couple nights a week. I'm strong as hell without much fat on my body, really toned.
I like to think I'm in good physical shape anyway. My high rate of metabolism has a lot to do with it I think.

And a serious lack of good food, fine drink and recreational drugs.

Oh, and eat more.

I exercise fairly frequently, eat well, don't smoke and don't eat badly. I also have a BMI of 21.5. However, I still don't have the 6 pack I've been aiming for my entire life. :(
You've been trying for 24 years, and you've still failed?

Oh, and eat more.
Even that would be a stretch for me.
And I've never had much of an appetite. Even when I go out, and have something absolutely great, the point comes where I can't eat anymore very soon. (I generally take that time as when I'm about to throw up if I try to consume the smallest morsel... Like the fat man in The Meaning Of Life. XD)
