My hair is brown and I like it that way... I tend to like black or red (or both) hair on women but its not really a deciding factor in any way shape or form.

Sorry nothing against you personally just bad experiences with every single red haired woman I have ever come across.


My hair is naturally brown (a dark brown) but I have it streaked with either caramel blond or dirty blond. Need a dark blond so it melds well.

Personally, I've preferred a warm reddish-brown on myself but am naturally going with the Rogue look (brown with streaks of natural silver through it) now.

on myself i prefer blonde/strawberry blonde. on men i find long shiny black hair compelling.

Nope, not a deal breaker. I was excluding the obvious dye job colors (purple, green, plaid, etc.). I also left out grey/silver/white.

Yeah the crunchie look is pretty bad. Same goes for Asians it just doesn't work espeically when it goes wrong and turns orange.

Dark brown with subtle reddy, almost purply, colour that only comes to fore in certain lights and from certain angles. Mm. :)

The only Asians that dye their hair blonde are the Japanese, and to be honest they'd have to try harder than that to make themselves look even uglier.

Black hair, but only if it's that wavy-curly look that I associate with the Mediterranean for some reason (well, probably because a lot of women from that region tend to have that type of hair).

Straight hair....I prefer blondes. Though it really isn't something I'm too picky about.

I don't think that's very accurate, any more than deciding that buying pretty clothes sends up a warning flare. I think most women who dye their hair do so because it's kinda fun and they happen to like another color, not because they hate their natural hair color or something.

I don't mind strawberry blonde (but it has to be mostly blonde), or, to a certain extent, dark red on women.

I'm never wrong, because my standards of "correctness" are independant of what other people think. :)

For me, its not so much the color of one's hair than the style that wins me over. If I had to choose, I would say blonde, particularly very light blonde (as uncommon as it is).

I had to vote blond but it's really just dark blond. Except in surfer dudes. Then light blond is okay, too. :p

I prefer brunettes, or redheads personally, but it's not in any way a deal-breaker if I were to run across a hot little blonde. I used to have dark brown hair, and then I started to go bald, so I shaved it all off. My beard/mustache grows in reddish/light brown.

Black-haired women with long, straight hair. Pale skin. A mischievous "I know something you don't" look on their face. Occultists. Asian, maybe. Or caucasian. Slightly gothy, but not a goth. Able to show me new worlds...

I seem to have a mild preference for brown hair on guys, insofar as most of the guys I've been attracted to have had brown hair, but I really don't mind other colors. To the extent that I care about hair at all, I'm much more interested in its length and texture than its color. Hair that is soft and wavy and just a bit longer than average for a guy is perfect - long enough I can bury my hands or face in it, but not so long he ends up looking like Fabio or something. :tongue:

Brunettes, mostly, but also black hair; anything but blonde hair, really. I don't know why it is, but I'm just not attracted to blondes. Blondes with eyeliner are particularly ugly. I prefer my wife to have soem hair, rather than no hair, and that is pretty much it. She is outstandingly beautiful no matter what.

Well I find dark haired woman to be more attractive, yet I married a blonde.:D

The hair colour I like the least is blonde. I'll make exceptions of course, but I generally don't go gaga for blondes of either gender.

My favourite hair colour for men is salt and pepper...I like my men old :D

Women, meh. They have boobs, does it really matter what their hair colour is?
