Clearly, I'm a spammer with ten puppets. I'm the mastermind behind the Haven Trolling Brigade; I operate several computers in the United States, Canada, Argentina, and the United Kingdom for the sole purpose of entering a contest on the cesspool of Jolt and winning, stealing the wins from those that truly "deserve" them. I think that we all had the most votes, and the fact that no one person on any of our ballots won anything indicates that this is a biased and unfair poll.

Assuming that none of the votes was someone voting twice, you are technically correct, but I was just using that as a shorthand for trying to raid an election.
