Body Hair

I knew a man who was as hairy as Lon Chaney Jr. in "The Wolfman" movies.
I, personally, have a small amount of extra body hair.
Then there's olympic level swimmers, body builders and the cast of "300".

I keep hearing radio commercials from businesses that are out to make a buck by convincing men that women won't love them unless they get rid of their body hair.

Is body hair a big deal?

Honestly, I like my guys with a some body hair. Armpitts are a given, but chest hair and happy trails can be so fun.

I'm not keen on guys with no body hair, it's just odd to be honest. Men over 30 with no body hair just look a bit strange to me. I'm gay but I think women do look better with no body hair :) - But if they want body hair, grow it, have fun!

I have body hair (my dad was a gorilla and I for his bad genes) but I trim what I have or I would have had dreadlocked pubes by now.

I've made a deal with my boyfriend where he starts waxing his back if hair starts to grow there.

I'm not a fan of body hair. Not even the bit that I have. If I could afford to do so I'd get laser hair removal almost everywhere.

I guess it is best to have some body hair - if you (or your partner or whatever) like it you leave it, if you (or he/she) doesn't, you shave it.
Whereas if you don't have any body hair though you'd like to have some, well, you can try to glue some head hair on other parts of your body or something, but I imagine that to be quite tricky.

facial hair is a pain in the ass. I hate shaving, but can't deal with the itching.

Remaining body hair, I don't touch arms and legs...trim here and there, but tend to modify that routine based off of what any given partner wants at the time.

On girls, I prefer fairly hairless with the occasional exception. On guys, there should be some hair, but preferably not resembling Koko.

one should make ones own decision about what to do about any hair that they have. head hair, facial hair, body hair, pubic hair. you should please yourself with it first and worry about what some supposed lover will think when you get that far. if someone rejects you for your choice, you are certainly better off without them.

It's not that big of a deal to me. I do prefer hubby take care of the hair on the back of his neck, but other than that I don't care. In fact the longer we've been married the less attracted I am to guys with less hair.

Yes.
If a woman has body hair, she should consider shaving.

If a man doesn't have body hair, know that it's either a woman in disguise or a passive homosexual.

Guys with NO body hair at all freak me out. But so do super hairy men. My husband is moderately hairy and I like it.

No to beards and mustaches, though. Ick. But I do like mutton chops.

Underarm hair disgusts me on men OR women. No luck getting my husband to shave his pits, though :P

Covered in hair, head-to-toe. It's not curly hair, though. It's sort of a fine, straight light brown, but it's basically everywhere but my neck and shoulders and upper arms. I've never been seen by anyone without clothes though (as an adult) so I don't worry about whether it's attractive or revolting. It took forever for the hair to finally reach its high-water mark, though. I must've been 25 before it finished its route. Weird, huh?

Not really. I had no hair on my back or chest at 21, but at 30 had quite a bit in both places. So be careful what you say young hairless back guys, you may very well fur up before you know what hit you. :eek2:

As for the OP, I both have and like body hair. Good thing as my partner is rather hairy too. But you do have to manscape a bit. You don't want it getting too unruly.

Women with body hair = epic no. Men generally look good with a bit of body, but IMO if they're muscular then they look better with none.
