Shame on you! Pillows should only be banned! They have caused terrible harm. Assault pillows are the most unregulated weapons in America. It's such a shame to see the high detroit crime rate caused by Pillows. No pillows!

Seems like the right call to me. I have a guess the pillow fight people would not have cleaned up their mess of feathers and cotton.
Also if they don't file a permit traffic can not be redirected around the area and freedom of speech is nice and all but it should not interfere with me getting to work on time.
Even if they stayed on the streets the feathers flying everywhere would have been a traffic hazard.
The pillow fighters didn't obey the rules and their event got pulled. They are lucky they didn't get arrested for causing safety issues.
