So, who is seeing this film? It could be the only thing I ever enjoy Johnny Depp in--though they might make him a little too heroic, which would upset me greatly.

In a straight Fight, Im sure Batman could take him...But im not entirely sure you can catch Jack Sparrow and force him to fight....
So, Im thinkin its a draw...

Well, its still rumored, but with the hype, and the fact that Depp already said he's interested, Nolan would have to be crazy to pass it up...
I mean, just do Some Sparrow mixed with some Sweeney Todd thrown in, and youve practically got it whipped, lol...
Idk about Jim Carrey, im not saying he did a bad job, he was probably the only bright spot of that movie, but, Im not sure he can escape the horridness of Batman Forever and his casting in it wouldnt do much for marketing...
plus, I dont think Jim Carrey would really fit into the Uber-Serious approach to the franchise Nolan is writing about...
