I used to think the same way, but actually, periodically, he does make me crack a smile. Never laugh out loud, oh no! But a grin or maybe a light chuckle. He's...minorly amusing at best.

Believe me, it doesn't negate believing stupid things or having a logical disconnect. I know a genius who believes the moon landing was a hoax and that Obama is the Manchurian candidate. At some point you get so used to being right that you quit questioning yourself and believe me nobody else wants to tell a genius they're being an idiot.

WORD. smart people forget that just because they can make an argument for their position that doesnt make them automatically right and the "stupid" person who cant clearly put forth their postion wrong. and it is indeed all but impossible to convince a genius that they are wrong or that there may be one thing that you know that they dont. (if they are of that frame of mind)

ive never thought of him as a genius..... maybe he is SOOO far above us that he cant tell how stupid his watered down (because we couldnt possibly understand his genius level real argument) is?
