Huh. So a Spanish Judge is having this investigated? What can that actually do? Will it basically just mean that none of them can go to Spain?

Already posted so, in before the lock.:)

But its good that these accusations are being investigated, and hopefully the truth will become more fully known and Justice will be done. The thought of Bush going down in history as a convicted war criminal, his actions condemned and the principle that no one is above the law reaffirmed, brings a smile to my face. Even if he doesn't go to jail, the principle matters, and must be upheld.

However, this is only one in a long list of steps that might, possibly, lead to a prosecution of Bush down the line. The outcome is by no means certain. All we can do is hope that the proceedings are conducted fairly and competantly, and that they lead to Truth and Justice in the end.
