In an age where abusive relationships escalate and often turn deadly even after it's over, this is not only a relief, but just damn awesome in my opinion. And the dumbass gets even more charges heaped on him to boot.
In Texas the judge woulda shot him.

Dude, he should consider himself lucky he didnt accidentally hit the judge. As it stands, hes already fucked with a nice hefty contempt charge that will probably be flung his way as well.

From a superficial viewing of the tape, I guess I would conclude that the defendant has anger management and impulse control issues and that judge ROCKS OUT. :D I especially enjoyed how, after delivering the smack down, the right honorable hovers around to see if that ass needs supplemental whupping.
